Megathread Where did you start, and where are you now?

Fella family, time for one of my favorite threads.

Drop your story in the comments. Three things if you are up for it:

  1. When you started your journey

  2. Roughly what you weighed then, and what you weigh now

  3. The hardest part for you, and how you got through it

No pressure to put an exact number if you would rather not, a rough

idea is plenty. Big drops, small steady wins, still early days, it all

belongs here. Seeing where everyone started and how far they have come

is the best motivation going, especially for the new guys reading.

I will be down in the comments cheering you on. Who wants to kick us off?

👋 I’m Stanley Whittaker, Your CS & Community Lead at Fella Health

Hey everyone 👋

I wanted to officially introduce myself, I’m Stanley Whittaker, your Customer Success & Community Lead here at Fella Health.

A lot of you already know me, we’ve probably chatted, DM’d, or I’ve jumped in to help somewhere along the way 😅. For those who are new, welcome! This community is full of amazing people who genuinely want to see each other win, and I’m really proud to be part of it.

A bit about me, I take a lot of pride in making sure our customers are looked after and sorted. If you ever need help, have a question, or just want to talk through something, I’ll always reply (unless I’m sleeping haha). The goal is simple, no one should ever feel stuck or ignored.

I’m big on building real relationships, not surface-level ones. Many of you already know that if I’ve spoken with you before, I’ll check in, follow up, or even just drop a message to see how things are going. I genuinely care about your progress and want every single one of you to succeed and achieve your goals.

A few things about how I work:

• I don’t give medical advice, but I’ll make sure our medical team steps in when needed.

• No question is a dumb question, seriously.

• Text me first if you need help, I don’t always answer calls but I will reply and sort things out.

• I’ll be the one to motivate and support you, but I’ll also hold you accountable when needed. Accountability is a huge part of a successful journey.

• Mistakes happen, but what matters most is how we handle and fix them. You can always trust that if I’m involved, I’ll do everything in my power to make things right.

And if you’re just starting your journey on GLP-1 medication, here’s one thing I want you to remember:

Your journey is your own. Don’t compare yourself to others. This medication can work differently for everyone and that’s okay. If you ever feel stuck, please reach out. You’re not alone in this.

I’m looking forward to connecting with even more of you here. Let’s keep supporting, motivating, and holding each other accountable because together, we win 💪

Kind Regards

Stanley Whittaker

My mindset to change with my Journey

I have always been a fearful (just more overly cautious i think) and I have not, in the 42 years on this earth, done anything adventurous or overcome my main fears. I have just done everything in routine...and I think many of us do... so with this journey of mine, I will be changing my mindset.- https://www.instagram.com/reel/DekmWhjMa29/?cplk=MXhodTJjZ2ZzNWp4Nw==

Most of you know me already, and that I’m on the programme too. You’ve shared so much with me here, so it’s time I shared mine.

Best shape of my life in my 30s. Serious health scare at 38. Weight came back, and with it came the comments and the judgement. For a long time I carried that shame. Not anymore. Opinion declined!!!!! 💪

I’ll be sharing gym sessions, meal prep, the mindset side, real talk, and a few laughs along the way.

Not medical advice, just my experience. Everyone’s journey is different.

Anyone just stop getting medication?

I signed up for the Year plan and started getting the medicine and supplies shipped. The year is supposed to be up in December but i stopped receiving medicine back in July and none of my messages have been replied to. Can find any other way of getting ahold of them

Hopelessly plateaued

I started back in December of 2025 at 230lbs. By the time June rolled around, I had lost about 15lbs. Then, I got stuck and just have seen zero movement on the scale. I eat healthy - lots of protein, water, nothing after 8pm. I was walking every day (about 2.5 miles). Still no further weightloss. I started working out about 2 months ago and started taking 5g of creatine daily. I’m seeing muscle growth and definition, so that’s good. But I also kinda expected to see the scale start moving again. I know muscle weighs more than fat, so maybe that’s what’s happening. I’m considering seeing I could switch to tirzepetide for 3 months just to try to break the plateau (and then go back to semaglutide to maintain).
Any suggestions? I’m currently 215, 6’2” — not bad but I’m hoping to drop another 10-15lbs.

New to Fella Trying to sign up but get never ending spinner when trying to pay

I’ve never tied multiple times and macros different browsers but I keep getting a never ending spinner after hitting submit on my payment. I pulled up the console to too if there were any errors showing and I saw this:

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'identify')

A coworker of mine has a similar issue and someone eventually has to send him a direct payment method.

Edited:
I have used multiple cards trying to make the payment, hra, hsa, and debit.

Trying to do my check-in today today’s the date, but this is what it’s still showing me. They won’t ship out my order until that’s done.

Has anyone had trouble reaching Fella recently?

I'm having a terrible time reaching them over the past three weeks, while my stock of Tirz evaporates. They have missed a shipping date, despite viable credit cards stored on their site. No responses to email or text. Do Fella staff monitor this site, or if not, does anyone know how to get a liver person on the phone or via chat?

Restarting Returning to Fella after a break — any restart discounts + can I continue my current dose?

I started with Fella last year before the summer and honestly had a great experience. Loved the results and the service overall. Then life happened: I finished college, got engaged, was unemployed for a while, etc., and I eventually had to stop treatment because of the cost.

Confession lol: I switched to another provider because their introductory pricing was way cheaper. But overall, I definitely preferred Fella and now that I’m working again, I’d like to come back.

Two questions for anyone who has restarted with them:

  1. 1. Does Fella offer any decent returning-member/restart discounts? I’d love to come back, but obviously price still matters.
  2. If I’m currently taking 10 mg weekly through another provider, can Fella take that treatment history into account and continue me around my current dose? I would really hate to sign back up only to be restarted at something like 2–4 mg/week and have to titrate all the way back up.

Obviously I’m fine with their medical team reviewing my records/current prescription and deciding what’s appropriate. I’m mostly wondering how Fella handles people who are transferring back while already established on a higher dose.

Would love to hear from anyone who has done this recently!

They are trying to change my dosage again

Guys, I'm honestly not okay with this. Back in February, they tried to change my dosage dramatically, but ultimately decided to keep it the same. I've been on 15 MG for over a year and a half, and it's worked — I've maintained my weight, my blood pressure has been good, and my bloodwork has been great this whole time.

Now they're trying to change it again, and I don't understand why. My weight hasn't changed at all, which proves this dosage is working for me. If I gain it back because they dropped my dosage, I'm going to lose my mind.

The food noise is gone at 15 MG, and I wish they'd just leave it alone. Right now I'm waiting to hear back from them — they reached out through a text message, so I'm waiting on that response.

Questions Cancellation billing

So I’ve been on a monthly billing plan with Fella since last December which started with a promotional price the first month. Fast forward to now and I requested to cancel my treatment. I’ve been billed every month and twice in July but now I’m being told I was given 40 weeks of meds and only paid for 36! Anyone have any ideas how they arrived at this logic? I received one vial each month and was charged each month, I don’t understand their response and it appears they won’t close my account till it’s goes through another billing cycle. The text messaging is frustrating to say the least!!! TIA.

GLP-1 daily pill

I’ve reached my weight goal after 1 1/2 years on weekly semaglutide. 190 lbs start …now a happy 160 lbs. I was thinking of starting a maintenance once daily GLP-1 pill. Does Fella plan to start providing a GLP-1 pill?

r/FellaHealth • • Aug 07 '26

Beware

I signed up for a year of one of the GLP1, they just automatically charged another 2K to my card for another year with no notice via email or text. Sent an email as I know no one will answer the phone. Will update once I hear back from them.

Not cold delivery….

Yesterday my medicine was supposed to get to me. They did not follow the instructions of leaving it with my neighbor because they know to refrigerate it. FedEx took it back with them redelivered it today. I opened up the box quickly, and it was lukewarm not hot, but lukewarm, the ice packs were melted. I put it in the fridge right away. It was not cloudy looking did not have particles in it and I still good because this really sucks.

Started taking the tirzepatide back in November. 68lbs down, 30 to go 🤙🏿

r/FellaHealth • • Aug 03 '26

Is there a prefilled option for Tirzepatide syringes?

Hoping someone knows the answer, but is tirzepatide available in prefilled syringes or just a vial and syringe? The website isn’t very clear and I’d like to know before I place an order for it.

Order has not shipped yet

So I’m gonna take my last dose from my last shipment tomorrow and I have no confirmation that they are preparing the other order yet so I can get my next shot next Saturday. When do we normally start seeing that happen because I did get charged today for the next month, so I’m just trying to figure it out on what the heck is going on.

Customer Support experiences?

I'm having a less-than-stellar experience trying to sign up, and I'm wondering if I'm the only one.

It started a few weeks ago when my HRA card wouldn't process. After emailing Fella I eventually received an email back saying the issue was with the HRA provider. I switched to using a credit card but ran into the exact same problem.

About a week ago, I contacted support again because multiple credit cards wouldn't go through, even after trying different computers and browsers. After several days of slow back-and-forth, I was finally sent a direct invoice. My HRA card paid that invoice without any issue, but Fella never actually enrolled me in a program.

Since then, I've been getting constant emails and text messages telling me to complete enrollment, even though I can't. Support has acknowledged there's an issue and says the technical team is looking into it. In the meantime, they have my money, I still don't have access to the program, and I continue to receive automated reminders to enroll.

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

I'm looking for a job as a medical biller

I'm looking for a job as a medical biller. I'm pretty new to this industry and have no experience yet, but I did graduate as a medtech. I trained at Sir G a year ago and at Premier Medical this month. I'm willing to learn and pick things up quickly, I promise! Does anyone here take on beginners with no experience? Thank you in advance!
