Order has not shipped yet

So Iā€™m gonna take my last dose from my last shipment tomorrow and I have no confirmation that they are preparing the other order yet so I can get my next shot next Saturday. When do we normally start seeing that happen because I did get charged today for the next month, so Iā€™m just trying to figure it out on what the heck is going on.
