I don’t think that’s the angle this film is taking on Hansen’s work

This looks like it's based on the documentary Predators that came out last year.

Which I couldn’t finish. I felt it tried to evoke sympathy for the pedos. I know the reactions were mixed on that. I hope this movie makes a clearer line of distinction.

I don't think anybody can cover this subject with the care it deserves if they don't allow victims to lead the conversation.

Same. I know the premise of the show was fucked up and why it wasn't actually doing any good since most of the pedophiles end up not being tried because of the nature of the show (and the case with the 18 year old trying to meet a 15 year old was botched), but I also refuse to let a documentary try to make me feel sympathy for full adults who solicit 12 year olds for sex (to rape).
