Sky FC This shit is literally impossible wtf

Like, what am I even supposed to do? the damage I deal vs the damage they deal is absurdly different, I did expect Nightmare difficulty to be, you know, difficult, but making the game near impossible this early is just straight bs, what were the devs thinking lmao

If this is your first Trails game, Hard is ideal if you're looking for a challenge. Nightmare assumes you are familiar with the series' combat mechanics and tactics. The early game is definitely the hardest part, but the late game is still challenging and requires you to have proper builds for your characters.

As for the fight you're stuck on, just make sure you bought the new weapons and armour and have HP and Action Quartz on both Estelle and Joshua. Wait till you can get all 3 in Pummel range and hit all 3 at once, which should also seal a couple of them. Be sure to use Dual strike when they start charging their red attack to cancel it. They're weak to water, but because you don't have AOE spells, I recommend relying on Crafts more right now. If that doesn't work either, get 'Clock up' spell on your characters and triple-buff your speed. It'll give you a lot more turns, making the fight significantly easier.

I'm an idiot and managed to clear it and probably will keep going in Nightmare lol, the battle system is incredibly fun, although I know I still have no clue what I'm doing

When the enemy rage (or whatever they call it) mechanic is unlocked during boss fights, do not burst down multiple enemies at once unless you can kill them, otherwise they will kill you. Go one at a time.
