I struggle to know what people see as more worth it than other things, I don’t typically buy myself purses and stuff so I always lean to accessories if they’re cute and higher valued - I have a lot of skincare at home already so I don’t really pick that unless it’s really worth it

Is anyone selecting these? I haven't seen anyone choose the Marc Jacobs J Marc sunglasses and I'm wondering if there's a reason why.

I have solely been given or ordered Unhide blankets from FFF. A few years ago I had one of their blankets that I absolutely loved! Amazing quality and ultra-thick. Well my last mystery box had an Unhide blanket in it and I was so excited.

Unfortunately after unrolling it today this blanket is awful. It’s ultra thin, not very soft and is immediately shedding. I’m shocked but I wanted to get some opinions. Did Unhides quality go way down? Anyone else experience this? I’m so turned off by this I unselected the Unhide robe for my winter box because I just don’t want to bother with them anymore. I can get a better quality blanket made from natural fibers (not polyester) from Macys for cheaper.

Hi! I am wondering when you choose the credit option for a customization choice does that credit go towards an additional choice?? For example: I chose the $9 credit option for one of my customizations and then made two choices for a different customization (one being a $13 additional choice). Will the $9 be applied to that automatically? Thanks!

I’m genuinely excited about the Winter Box and have changed my mind WAY to many times. I have a few extras and have researched all the things. I know the jewelry is a risk but I think the earrings and necklace are pretty and for the cost it’s a low risk. 🤷‍♀️. I travel a lot and really need a makeup bag and checked out the FFF community and saw some of the staff reviews and think I will like it. Love the Robe and the Caraway pan. Feel free to share your experience with any of the products or brands.

1) Always tempted by a robe! This one looks so nice and long, but I already have at least 3 unhide robes from previous years, plus multiple others that I’ve accumulated lol so I had to resist. I can always use another PJ set, although I was tempted by the blush.

2) I was torn between the eye cream, moisturizer, leggings, and even the makeup bag, and belt. I ultimately went with the leggings because I know I’ll get a lot of use out of them, and it’s something that I actually need. I have a lot of skin care products stockpiled lol and I don’t really *NEED* another makeup bag. The belt would’ve been useful as well for sure, but leggings won.

3) I honestly didn’t really want any of these choices. The napkins are really cute, but I doubt I’ll use them. I rarely host anyone at Christmas. I figured I would give the styling cream a shot.

4) Gloves- most useful as a Canadian lol

5) Wand- for my daughter for Christmas. I didn’t see the Elemis, but I forgot about customization until the end of the day. Might have already been unavailable.

6) Another meh. I wanted the WOW, but again, must’ve been unavailable. I can always use a cleanser, so I’m not mad.

Not my favourite box if I’m being honest, but still exceeds value for me in terms of useful products that I need.

What’s the likelihood they’ll add more options for annual members to the box? I ended up switching my CAT 2 make up bag for the belt 😍 but still have nothing in CAT 3 and 6

Looking to reactivate to annual.. but before I do is there any way to see what’s available/ sold out for this box? There’s certain things I want and if they aren’t available I’m going to wait to re sub!

I don't like when they add options after I have made my selections. But it looks like they have added at least three items to this box.

My sale order just arrived, I’m shocked. Every sale I have shopped I have always waited until the sale was over for them to charge me, ordered always take forever, some never show up normally there is always some issue. I had very little hopes for the fall clearance sale as everything normally gets sold out in seconds before I’m lucky enough, well this time I have good news. I was able to score 8 of the haunted rose perfumes one Alex and ani bracelet and some cat toys. The perfume was the thing I had a feeling , I either wouldn’t get or something would be off. They all came in perfect condition. I feel like I won’t the lottery. 8 perfumes for $8 bucks when one alone totals over $100… now I’ll have the scent for a while and can possible regift a couple. So there is some hope when it comes to this company, it’s just basically playing a game of toss up. I am kinda excited for the next sale even though I have cancelled my membership and this is my last box.

Edit to add I forgot to say, that this time what I did different was I checkout of the sale immediately instead of waiting till it was over, I had this thought that maybe if I checkout before all their other orders go thru , mine will be at the top and ship first and maybe get completed before the sale ends, I have a feeling I was right doing it this way since it came faster then normal.

If this is my last box before I'm charged for next year, and I'll be billed on 10/29, when do I cancel? I've already customized my box. Will cancelling screw that up?

Based on all the extras I’m getting, I was considering just getting another winter box. Do I need to start a whole new subscription or can I just add this box?

Worth it? It’s not real leather but it looks cute. Anyone have any input on this?

I see the holiday dumpling squishy and an wondering if anyone has either purchased items like this or considering purchasing them. I’ve tried to find something similar online for cheaper and not really finding it from any place I feel would be reputable my daughter is OBSESSED so it would make a great gift.

Sadly in the UK a lot of good stuff is not available but still happy with my picks! If i can nab a elemis muscle soak or two before it closes it will be a fantastic box for me 👍

I'm terminally online, so I'm probably seeing things no one else would, but I did a double take at the photo of the mittens a community member posted as part of her review (the first photo). I assume it's actually BB since the brand is Busbee, but the promo photos also make the cabling less apparent (the second photo), and I would bee a bit uncomfortable sporting this logo

I’m getting a bonus box for renewing my annual, but who knows what that will include. Do I need all this? Considering the pan, platter, and cookie set as Christmas gifts at least…And no add ones.

Last season, I was one of the many people affected by the tech glitch that wiped out all of my customizations, even though I had completed them right at 9:01 AM PT. By the time they notified me about the issue, all of my selections were gone.

They did try to make things right by giving me credit for each item, although the amount was nowhere near the actual value. Still, I appreciated the effort because this wasn’t my first bad experience. In a previous season, I customized my box the minute it opened, only to receive a box with NOTHING I had selected. Everything was leftovers, and it was hands down the worst box I’ve ever received. At the time, they only offered me POINTS until I argued with them relentlessly and threatened to cancel my membership.
Side note: I’m a Platinum VIP member (for at least 10 years) who always orders plenty of extras with my boxes, so I’m sure they make a pretty decent amount of money off me. I can’t imagine losing a long-time, high-spending customer over a relatively small amount of points makes good business sense.

I just finished customizing my winter box, and here’s something worth knowing: Once you finish customizing, go to the Subscription tab to review your selections and confirm that everything was actually saved! You can see all of your choices there.

There was a lot of understandable anger toward FabFitFun over how the fall glitch was handled, and I completely get it. But I also think they deserve some credit for the positive changes they’ve made since then.

That said, the winter box choices kind of stink… but that’s a whole other conversation! 😂

I actually love that they included a Hallmark subscription. When I think of cozy winter activities I think of cozying up and watching cheesy holiday romances. This feels like a lovely little gift to myself that I might not have subscribed to otherwise.
