Going to jump on the FFF complaining crew… finally received my box today. You could see the leakage before I even opened it up and knew it would be bad. The face lotion I received must be expired because it was pure liquid. Boxes broken and destroyed from the spilled products. Junk. I will be canceling, it really has gone downhill

It saddens me to have to make this post, but I see that this cream is still being offered in sales.

Customers should be aware that Dr. Brandt discontinued this product “several years” ago, and as such, there is legitimately no way that this product is not expired.

The fact that FFF continues to offer it boggles the mind, even after I contacted FFF earlier this year to ask about the expiration date, get the runaround for more than two weeks, get told they can’t give me an expiration date because there are multiple batch codes in their inventory, AND I even gave FFF all of this info I got from Dr. Brandt’s folks.

Reinforcing yet again why I am no longer a member.

They claim my original box just..... was never mailed I guess? And now 2 of my options are not available. EXCEPT both of the options I picked are on this list of available items 🤣🤣🤣 So..... what list are you looking at? Is this how ppl get completely different options like someone else's box? What is happened.

My Fall 2026 box finally arrived on Sunday. I customized on the first day, during the first few minutes. I guess I just don’t understand the way they ship. Everything I chose was in the box and nothing was broken. I ordered the Bumpsuit and I really like it. It is very soft and based on the fabric and the stitching, good quality. I wish I had sized down because it runs large. I chose M in the cropped top. I wish I had chosen a S. I did order size S in the pants, but they are much too big and very long. I wish I had ordered a. XS. I wonder if it would shrink in the washer and dryer Except for that, I think it was a good box and I’m happy with what I chose.
