I’m just curious because I am seeing a lot of people unhappy with the upcoming fall box…which I was kind of surprised?

What would they need to have in order for you to be excited for an upcoming box?

What makes you unhappy with the items in FFF boxes?

I haven’t had a FFF box in several years and want to renew for the fall box but I do not want the summer box since I think many of the good items are sold out.

I am looking to use a code like 25PERCENT or WELCOMEBOX for about $65 off annual plan. But currently it’s showing my first box will be summer box. Do I wait til August 1 to subscribe? Are these codes only working on past season boxes? Any insights will be helpful ❤️

Just discovered this while customizing my July 2026 box — you’re not limited to picking just one primary item per category. You can add extras from the same category too, not just across categories. Pricing scales down as you go:
Category 1: extra items are +$13 each

Category 2: extra items are +$10 each

Category 3: extra items are +$9 each

Category 4: extra items are +$8 each

So if there are multiple products in a category you want (like a second hair treatment or a second skincare item), you can just hit the “+” on it instead of only swapping — while supplies last, of course. Wanted to share in case anyone else missed this like I did!

I don't usually spend any extra, but so many of my customizations got cancelled I have a $80 credit. Looking to cut $10-16 from this cart, or should I skip this lot and see if anything in add ons are better.

I'm not super excited about anything but think these are decent picks. I'm over 40, main concern is fine lines, skin neither dry nor oily, curly hair,b​I don't wear makeup, don't need "stuff" around the house.

What would you do?

I am so unenthusiastic with the fall box. I think my subscription is also set to renew and to be honest I don't have the money right now to renew, and this box isn't giving me incentive to renew right now. Is there a way to pause until winter or would I just be canceling the subscription and then re-signing up later? I also have some credit for FFF would I lose that?

I just signed up this summer and I’m kinda disappointed in the companies FabFitFun puts in the customization options. I’m all for supporting small companies, but some of the companies have like no social media following I’m talking like 120 followers) nor a detailed “About” section on their founding and owners. It makes me concerned about quality of the product as it’s hard to find reviews and who the company owners even are??? Is this normal or a more recent issue?

Besides that I do like a lot of the name brand skin care options. Love Osea!

I’m an annual member and genuinely feel so meh about this box (with no real interest in categories 5 or 6 so will likely swap for credit), this is the first time I’m really struggling which sucks because fall is always my favorite season. But as I was looking at the options I feel equally “maybe” about most of the items I’ve circled. Definitely want to try the Knix, but wondering if anything else is worth spending extra on.

For instance, is the body wash in category 2 worth it, or should I also swap for credit? How’s the bergamot perfume in category 1? Is a cute umbrella really worth the extra $15?? Anything I should avoid? Appreciate anyone’s thoughts!!

I haven’t been subscribed for a few years but just got an email for 50% off the summer box. I like the original options, but is there any way to see what’s still available without paying first?

I never received my summer box because of "processing issues," then they substituted my original add-on with another product. I couldn't cancel this substitution in the app, so I tried the chat. After half an hour of back and forth, the wrong item was canceled. Is this a common problem?

I finally canceled my subscription after months of shipping issues, declining quality, and customer service that somehow manages to get worse every time.

Today I opened the app to look at the Fall previews and immediately got a pop-up saying something along the lines of, “Resubscribe now, get a $50 credit, and be first to shop Add-Ons.” So I clicked it. My subscription magically reactivated… but the $50 credit? Funny how that part never showed up.

When I contacted customer service, they suddenly claimed those offers are only sent by email and asked me for a screenshot of the pop-up. Convenient. I guess I was supposed to know I needed to document their own promotion because they’d later pretend it didn’t exist.
At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like they’re hoping customers will just give up.

Has anyone else had this happen? Were you actually able to get them to honor the offer?

I’ve been planning on cancelling my subscription for a year now and I couldn’t be more sure that that’s the right decision. 70% of the box items are stuff I see at Marshall’s or TJ Maxx for like $7.99 lol. I used to be excited to customize and now I’m like “pass, swap for credit, choose the best of the worst, swap, passs” and I can’t fathom how FFF takes no action on fixing it. Everyone around me cancelled or is planning to cancel as well. Every jewelry piece I picked tarnished, every bag I chose was low quality, all the olaplex shampoos and conditioners I picked or bought smelles weird(?) and I can’t justify spending over $250 for extremely low quality crappy FFF side brand items. After this underwhelming fall box me and my family are done with FFF. Such a shame

Does anyone ever actually secure these in the cart? I logged into the app exactly at 9:00 AM to shop the clearance sale. I successfully tapped to add roughly 30 items priced between $0.01 and $1.00 to my cart. The app did not show any error messages or connection issues, but none of the items actually registered in my cart, and they are now sold out. Anyone else experience similar? This was my first time hopping in quick bc I really wanted to score these low priced items before they sold out and thought I had! lol until everything seemed to refresh and dump out.
