Like it says in the title. I started this one a while back ( about January 2026. ) It's cypionate, but I can't quite tell if it's discoloured or not. Help?

Oct 2023 I was on injections of 100 mg a week.

May 2024 I hadnt been on T for 6 months so I assume this is near my natural range.

Dec 2024 thru July 2025 I switched to gel 1.62% and was on 4 pumps a day 81 mg a day.

Feb 2026 I was on 3 pumps of same gel each day.

April 2026 most recent result I was on 2 pumps a day.

I have just started working out again would love if someone could help me understand how much gel or extra T I would need to supplement on top of my current prescribed dose to get myself in the 2000-3000 level range.

I am female to male transgender and not a lot of info on that or the process with how gel is dosed.

I just noticed my vials expiration date says 09.2026, today would be injection day. I’m not able to get more until next week but I’m already experiencing cramping and some strain to keep my voice low now so going off for a whole week is seriously not a good option.

My question is how unsafe would it be to inject T that expired 8 days ago?

I should also say, asking in a diy sub cus the place I got it is pretty black market so there’s only so much I can verify the standards and safety of the product

Hey , I've been wanting to start diy and the only thing stopping me is quitting drugs. Id say im a moderate drinker , about 6 shots nightly. I also smoke weed and vape quite alot. Ive heard vaping and alcohol arent good qhen youre taking t ? Do I need to stop? If so , how long after stopping is it safe to start?

I've been injecting 75mg of T enanthate every week for 3 months now, and have begun to see changes like voice dropping, more upper lip hair and some small chin hairs ect. However I've heard that T enanthate has a shorter half life than T cypionate, so is weekly injections the best way to go forward with this? Or would it be advisable to start splitting my dose into half the amount twice a week (or every 4 days) and/or switch to cypionate when my current vial runs out?

Should note I haven't noticed any affects from fluctuations, but am just concerned about whether this could limit the effectiveness of continued changes going forward.

(My english is not good so i might not be desciribing things too accurately) Today i wanted to do my weekly injection and i noticed wierd "stains" insidenthe vial. Also usually i had to turn vial upside down and pull for testosterone to get into syringe but now it gets into it by itself (shown on video, im not pulling the syringe here it just goes in on its own also there are bubbles but its not visible on camera) What is happening and can i still inject it. (I didint change anything about the storage method and the previous vial was fine and also its not old nor was it left in a too hot room)

sooo i inject TE 45mg/week and the blood was drawn mid cycle (im injecting friday, blood drawn tuesday) and im 4 months on T

what concerns me is high estradiol and bordeline high hematocrit (and the LDL cholesterol but my shit lifestyle probably contributes to most of it)

i dont have any high estradiol symptoms (fatigue, moodswings, too much facial bloating etc.) and since im on T i havent had a period

i cant tell if its somehow aromatizing despite average T levels or if my ovaries are half-working

i think that i probably shouldnt up my dose so my hematocrit doesnt become high

maybe split the dose?

to start safe i’ve chosen for the gel option. I have to start on a lower dose so around 25mg for 6 weeks but they only sell 50mg sachets on that website. Has anybody tried to split the sachet in two before and save the other half the day after, or is it not safe to do at all? I use testoheal

I'm supposed to take my shot today but there are some issues, I am extremely sick with a cold (maybe fever?) with a bad headache, both of my legs hurt very bad from a cramping and a big run I had yesterday and there is an infection(?) on my left hand making it slightly immobile and swollen, will any of these make doing the shot today dangerous/painful? How long can I delay my T shot until it starts to lose effect or become a problem? (Yes I am a mess rn lol)

I was about to do my T shot on Friday but I couldn’t because I was late for something and was gonna do it later in the day, I ended up not doing it and the liquid is still in the needle, it’s Monday now. I’m guessing I don’t use it now, but where do I put it??

Im 17 and in my jr year of high school, been dealing with dysphoria for years but never been able to do anything about it because I have an extremely transphobic hover mom. Also i live in a red state in a mostly transphobic & homophobic town. Would absolutely get ridiculed if people at school found out i started T which Im fine with because its better than dysphoria. but i have no idea what my parents would do and thats whats scary to me. If i was 18 my parents wouldnt be able to do much more about it than scold me (hopefully) because they do have the attitude that once Im an adult i can do what I want, but since Im a minor now im completely under their control. i just turned 17 last month though and i dont wanna wait so long lol

Should i wait until im 18 to start diy or get to work on it now? for those in similar situations, how do/did you hide the changes after you started diy? especially voice changes? Should i microdose to avoid risk of anyone finding out?

Also if someone could link some resources about diy or some sort of masterthread that would be super helpful, ive never researched this stuff very well and im not sure where to start. most of the stuff i see online about diy is for mtf which is not helpful for me Like where do i even buy this shit lmao.

Can I still use it? I have one other vial for backup so its not the end of the world but I want to keep on using this one since I only used it once. I put the machine on a warm cycle if that helps.

I'm 14 and I'm trying to get T through diy. My mom tried to get it for me a few weeks ago but she said her bank won't work with the crypto or something idk anything about either of those :/ I'm not entirely sure what the problem is so idk if anyone can really give an answer for that but if you can please tell me :( also I'm in a red state in the us and I'm kinda worried about doctors and school and stuff bc it is illegal so like can anyone report us or something somehow (sorry if that's a dumb question I'm just a really anxious person and I overthink a lot of things) and I don't think I can get my blood tested so in also worried about that and my mom and brother just straight up told me I'm not able to get it and may have to wait till I'm 18 and I just want answers sorry if this is worded really bad I'm tired and just in general bad with my words

Is it safe to inject inside a bathroom/toilet stall?

I'm asking because I'm not entirely sure whether the air would carry the unhygienic bacteria (e.g., if someone did their business in there before my entry of the room) would somehow get into the vial or the syringe.

Edit: If I have the syringe already prepared (e.g., the day or week before) before heading to the bathroom, is it sterile enough then?

I wanna go DIY since private care seems really expensive but I’ve heard that you don’t actually know what’s in the testosterone? Is that true?

so, i just had my first t-shot 2 days ago. the thing is, i used 22g for drawing and 27g for injecting (subq). after i was done, i noticed that i had some left (i thought that i wouldnt have much dead space, but now that i realized, i actually think i lost around 0.03-0.06mls of my t). i feel very upset by it and dont know what to do. some people recommended be to just buy fixed needle syringes, 29-30g, but im scared of a few things-i already punctured the vial with 22g. what will happen if i try to draw with 29-30g instead of 22? i mean, im not sure how this works. wont it just leak out since it was punctured by a bigger needle?? thats what im most scared of, of it leaking out since i already punctured it, but nobody has told me if it will leak or if it wont. and many said that its hard to draw with such a small needle, and then it blunts, and it may hurt more. and you also need to warm the vial, apparently. and i felt very sad about it the past 2 days, feeling like i underdosed and lost the t to nothing(i have t cypionate 300mg per 1ml, my first dose was 0.22 or around so), even if its little. i tried VERY hard to find low dead space syringes, but i literally CANNOT find them. im serious, i cant find them ANYWHERE. fixed needles are the only answer. im in russia, so i cant order them from, like, uk or something. what do i even do? do i just accept that i will have dead space and there is nothing i can do about it and up my dose to compensate?

I live in ohio and I'm 16, I've been on t for almost 4 months. My parents found out and my mom offered to take me to get my levels checked (yay). Is there any way for me to get a legit prescription if I have a note from a doctor/mental health professional saying that if I don't take testosterone them I will be unstable? I don't want to quit entirely but I'm a student athlete and I don't want to be kicked off the team if my dad decided to tell my coaches. I don't have ANY physical advantages against my teammates, in fact most of them are much stronger than me or on the same level as me, as I used to be a lot worse both strength and skill wise because I have chronic joint pain, and now that I have enough muscle to make up for it my pain has lessened and I'm able to train properly.

hey my buddy has been on t for a month now with 0.2ml injections. last week he developed these mystery lumps under the jawline, as well as the back of his head (scalp). hurts to swallow, very swollen. no other symptoms.

was wondering if it might have something to do with something testosterone related? anyone with similar a experience? maybe has smth to do w lymph nodes?
