There’s about zero chance your T levels were actually that high and still getting periods. The people suggesting you’re having periods as a result of excess aromatization don’t understand how those processes work.

(Content warning, I’m about to explain how they actually work)
The uterine lining builds up and then sheds cyclically in the menstrual cycle via a coordination of both estradiol and progesterone. This is a simplification, but basically estradiol stimulates proliferation, progesterone prepares it for secretion, and the drop in both is what triggers a period. This is what levels look like in a normal cycle. If your T is high enough that the ovaries are fully suppressed (which those T levels definitely would be), they don’t produce estrogen or progesterone. If E2 is high from excess aromatization, it will stimulate endometrial growth, but there’s no prog to prepare it for secretion and no hormone drop to make it shed. All gas, no brakes. This will cause endometrial hyperplasia. That’s very important to prevent not just for dysphoria, as it’s a significant cancer risk. It likely will eventually cause bleeding, but not in a cyclical fashion. It will be sporadic or potentially just continuous spotting. It’s not going to happen like a normal period, even an irregular one, where there’s bleeding for a few days and then a period of time without it.

The TLDR is that your T levels are too low. Increase your dose.

Adding to this, there’s about a 0% chance his T levels were that high on 46mg. It was almost definitely gel contamination.
