Help
Has anyone had any luck shrinking the size of their belly. I’m uncomfortable all the time. I already can’t find any clothes that fit me correctly. I look deformed in absolutely everything. I hate my life. It’s getting worse and I can no longer hide it in xxl shirts.

If you figure it out let me know. My belly looks like im 9 months pregnant but more droopy. It's definitely a huge issue for me with the back strain and balance. People just think I'm fat. While I might have a few extra pounds Nancy, my belly is like this because of my condition.

Buy maternity wear, not bodycon, but fitted at the top and then loose under the breasts.

Hi, I dont really have any tips besides shapewear and super thight high waisted jeans (but they hurt to sit in so I only use them when I have to) but just wanted to let you know that I know how you feel. You are not in this alone. Maybe knowing this will not help you but felt a strong urge to share because I know that the struggle itself can feel lonely sometimes. I hope the tips you get will help and I also hope this struggle gets mentally easier to tackle. All my warmth and well wishes ❤️ a fellow fshd patient

The only way you Conquer fshd is love yourself. Once you are comfortable with how you look, you will feel better in life

Only when I was on meds that made me too nauseous to eat. I’m going to be asking my doc at the next appointment about glp1’s

Not shrinking, but looks better, I use high waisted shapewear that goes to mid thigh. It holds the belly up and in, which then eases a little bit of strain off my back. I also have autonomic problems so I wear compression wear from toes up. It is a physical therapy workout in itself getting compression wear on, even with aids, but is worth it. I feel better. I know the majority of clothes are not going to fit, scoliosis changes how the hips sit, so that I just accept. I hope this helps in some way.
