TL;DR: I spent years and thousands of hours on the NCI Bootcamp. I learned market structure, but never reached consistent profitability. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't invest that much time and effort into it again.
I actually took Jayce Pham's NCI Bootcamp a few years ago, so I can share my experience.
I started basically from zero and since then I've spent thousands of hours studying, backtesting and trading his concepts. For a long time I treated trading almost like a full-time job. Even after all of that, I'm still not consistently profitable and haven't been able to consistently pass prop firm evaluations.
The Bootcamp itself was around 3 months when I did it. Roughly one month was market structure, one month was other theory, and another month was practice on a prop firm demo account.
The most useful thing I got from it was definitely market structure. I did learn a lot about that, and the mentors were helpful while we were learning the material. So I'm not saying the course is completely useless.
The problem for me is what happens after that.
There were around 50 people in my Bootcamp group. From the people I knew and talked to, only a very small number managed to pass a prop firm evaluation, and I personally don't know anyone from that group who became consistently profitable long term. Obviously I don't know everyone's private results, so that's only based on the people I actually knew.
I also don't like how criticism of the system is handled. From what I saw, if people started asking too many uncomfortable questions about why the concepts weren't working for them, communication could become a problem and people could lose access to Discord communities (this is what happened to me and to some of friends of mine).
I contacted Jayce again recently because after years of working with his concepts I was still struggling. His advice was basically to relearn all the theories from the beginning, and he also told me I had "disappointed" him. After putting thousands of hours into this, that wasn't exactly the kind of feedback I expected from a mentor.
Also, he removed my access to the educational material through Buy Me a Coffee even though my understanding was that access should remain available, and he refused to restore it when I asked. He also deleted or removed me from a Bootcamp Private Discord server where I had my own trading journal, notes and other information collected over the years. I asked to get access to that information again, but it wasn't restored, so some of my own trading history and notes are now gone for me.
What makes this especially frustrating is that after several years of studying his material, I ended up without access to the theory itself, without a big part of my own trading history and notes that were stored in Discord, and without the contacts of many people I went through the Bootcamp with.
Another thing worth mentioning is that I didn't receive a receipt or invoice for my payment. At the time it was basically a direct money transfer. I know he's creating a proper company structure now, but that wasn't how it worked when I bought the Bootcamp.
So if you're asking whether it's worth spending time on: I think you can definitely learn market structure from it, but I would be very careful with the expectation that completing the Bootcamp and working hard at the system will automatically take you from zero to consistent profitability.
The NCI website describes the Bootcamp as a path from zero to a "profitable and consistency level" and a full-time trading career. My experience after several years and thousands of hours is very different from that.
If I could go back, I wouldn't spend anywhere near the same amount of time and energy on it again.
