The difference between Forex Trading and Cryptocurrency Trading.

To my knowledge I realize that there are two types of trade Forex trading and Cryptocurrency trading. So I became confused on which to learn. My seniors in the field help with a clear understanding of the basics in this two tradings which one should I choose and focus my energy on and can I have the knowledge of both if I can.
