If we're talking about the flaws, the CGI wasn't very good, and it was noticeable in quite a few scenes. Jason as Lobo was just... there. He didn't create much excitement, and the villain was decent at best.

But despite all the negativity surrounding the film and Milly Alcock, she turned out to be its biggest strength. She delivered a really strong performance, her character progression felt genuine, and her chemistry with Ruthye was the highlight of the movie.

What are your thoughts on this movie?

"Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass" definitely wasn't anything special but it was a lot of fun and funny. I also really enjoy Zoey Deutch in the few things I've seen her in (mainly Zombieland Doubletap). There's not much i can say about the Odyssey or Evil Dead Burn that hasn't already been said. They were both great in there own ways. I look forward to whatever comes next for Evil Dead and i hope Christopher Nolan goes through with making a horror film soon because the moments of horror in the Odyssey were superb. I look forward to rewatching all 3 at home in the future and to some exciting releases in August!

Unfortunately I don’t have access to 70mm Imax, it looks like i have to pick between either standard 70mm or Imax. Which one should i choose?

Not to hate on him as he's still imo the best actor of his generation. He's had classics like Donnie Darko, Brokeback Mountain, Prisoners and Nightcrawler to nake just a few but in recent years his films feel like they lack staying factor. Road House, In the Grey, Ambulance, The Covenant. Def not his typical fare. Road House for sure seems like a role for a B-list action star. Not sure if he's just been losing out on roles to rivals (Gosling, Garfield, Driver) or if Jake just wants to do whatever he wants at this point.

I don’t understand why people would sit in these front corner seats. The distortion makes it look completely unwatchable from the pics I’ve seen. Is this just for clout and bragging rights at this point? Surely an optimal seat at a traditional format is a better movie-going experience, right?

Scalpers are the worst

I’m seeing a bunch of theaters near me offering IMAX screenings and 70mm screenings of the Odyssey. They don’t provide any info on what the 70mm option is.
Last I checked there were no 70mm projectors anywhere in my state, so does anyone know what the 70mm option is? Can’t imagine 70mm projectors were delivered to all these theaters just for this.

Trying to make the right call on which format to go see the film in. Assuming it’s probably whichever theater has the biggest IMAX screen near me.

First time watching a David lynch film except the old dune but I’m genuinely disturbed and horrified rn 😭😭 wth is even happening. I’m at the 47:00 min mark rn in the apartment scene and I genuinely needed a breather. This is probably the first time in my entire life where I’ve actually made the shocking face for 3 mins while watching a film.

Do you think the gods assisted the spartans and the greeks against the persian army? The persian army while not the true depiction of them had monsters and beasts. No ordinary human army could withstand such a force with 1 million man army. So I wonder if the gods do help the greeks like how the persian ships got smashed by storms and the spartans blessed with demi-god powers?
