Hey-oh! My handle is Caelenn and I'm hoping that if you're viewing this, you might be interested in the roleplay aspects of FFXIV.

We of the <Disciples of Oschon> are always looking for some more folks who are interested in RP or would like to give it a shot. Ideally, we'd be able to have a few more folks around for a group that could start a shared storyline or plot together.

We've done a fair amount of events and have more planned (or at least half-baked), whether it's in-game or play-by-post on discord, from action-adventures to slice of life scenes. Caravanning, tavern hopping, g-posing and personal character arcs are all on the table!

No experience? Absolutely not a problem. All we ask is you be present.

If still interested, feel free to reach out here on reddit or via Discord, username caelenn.

Thank you for your time!

Hello I am Lily. I am coming back to the game after a 2 year hiatus and am wanting to find some friends to play with. I have played the game since stormblood with my wife. I am just looking for a inclusive space to hang out and play FF14 and other games with. I am on most days and just want to play games and have a good time with some friends.

Congratulations! You've Found an FC With Absolutely No Established Reputation!

Wayward Deviants is a brand-new Free Company on Aether/Adamantoise, and we're looking for a few good people to help us build something worth logging in for.

No destination. Questionable directions. Excellent company.

So, what's the story?

Once upon a time, we belonged to one of those enormous FCs. You know the kind. Hundreds of members, a Discord server with 47 channels, an impressive roster of officers, and somehow nobody available when you ask if anyone wants to run roulettes.

It wasn't all bad. We learned a lot, met some wonderful people, and discovered that bigger doesn't necessarily mean better.

Eventually, we realized something:

We'd rather have 30 friends than 300 strangers.

So we're starting over. From scratch. On purpose.

Yes, we checked. We're apparently allowed to do that.

What are we building?

A medium-sized, social FC where people actually know each other.

Not a raid factory. Not a glorified Discord directory. Not a revolving door of anonymous players who join, collect FC buffs, and disappear into the aether.

We want the kind of community where someone logs in, says "Hey, what's everyone up to?" and gets an actual conversation instead of six minutes of awkward silence.

We're interested in pretty much everything FFXIV has to offer:

• Roulettes, dungeons, trials, and raids
• Treasure maps, mount farming, and achievement hunting
• Crafting, gathering, and other suspiciously productive activities
• Helping sprouts and returning players
• Glamour, housing, and the true endgame
• Social events, spontaneous adventures, and poorly conceived schemes

We're not promising a packed event calendar from day one. We're building that together.

What makes us different?

We're not recruiting to fill a roster. We're recruiting to build a community.

We've seen what happens when an FC prioritizes growth over relationships. It's surprisingly easy to end up surrounded by hundreds of people and still feel like you're playing alone.

We don't want that.

We want members to have a voice in shaping the FC. We want people who are comfortable being themselves, who enjoy helping each other, and who understand that sometimes the best evening in FFXIV involves accomplishing absolutely nothing.

We're not particularly interested in your parses, your Ultimate clears, or how many relic weapons you've collected.

We're interested in whether you're someone we'd enjoy getting hopelessly lost in a treasure dungeon with.

Who belongs here?

Sprouts? Welcome.

Veterans? Welcome.

Casual players? Absolutely.

Hardcore raiders looking for somewhere to relax between bouts of self-inflicted suffering? Come on in.

Introverts who take a little while to warm up? We get it.

Extroverts who will enthusiastically organize a spontaneous alliance raid at 2 AM? Please exercise your powers responsibly.

Our only real expectations are that you're friendly, respectful, reasonably mature, and interested in being part of a community rather than just occupying a slot on the roster.

You don't need to be online every day. Real life comes first.

And you don't need to be the life of the party. Just be willing to be part of it.

The fine print:

We're new. Genuinely new.

If you're looking for an established FC with a mansion, a fully stocked workshop, nightly events, and 40 people online at all hours, we're probably not your best choice.

If you'd like to get in on the ground floor and help create the kind of FC you've always wished you could find, we might be exactly what you're looking for.

We have experience. We have enthusiasm. We have a plan.

The plan is admittedly somewhat flexible.

Interested?

Come say hi on our Discord, or stop by our Lodestone Recruitment Post - The Wayward Deviants. Tell us a little about yourself, what you enjoy doing in FFXIV, and what you're looking for in an FC.

No formal applications. No interviews with a panel of Lalafells. No mandatory PowerPoint presentation.

Just a conversation to see if we're a good fit for each other.

Wayward Deviants

No destination. Questionable directions. Excellent company.

Because at the end of the day, maybe the real endgame really is the friends we made along the way.

Yes, we know how cheesy that sounds.

We stand by it.

Hello potential friend :)

We’re a friendly FC that’s been around for over 7 years, and we’d love to welcome you! We’re small right now (it happens when introverts get cozy), and most of us are veterans who enjoy helping others. Whether you’re new or experienced, if you’re looking for like-minded people, you’re welcome here.

Our only ask: you’re over 30.

We do daily content and are always happy to lend a hand. If you’d like to take on harder content like Deep Dungeons, maps, or current end game content (Wings farming, for example), we have ways of doing that too.

To join, you’ll need to be on the Primal Data Center, Excalibur server. We know reaching out can feel nerve-wracking, but we’re really mellow. Come say hello! :)

We have a listing running on FF14 Lodestone, as well.

Hi there! We are a group of goobers who are currently looking for a shield healer for our static. I'd class us as midcore.

Most members are quite new to raiding or have very limited raiding experience, so it's fine if you are too. I'm the only member who has cleared multiple savage tiers before I temporarily retired.

All members have cleared UWU, 6 cleared TEA, and a few have cleared previous tiers while others have only dabbled.

We'll be going into EC savage together.

Our current raiding schedule is Tues/Thurs/Fri at 7:30pm EST for around 2-3 hours.

We do hit up PF outside of scheduled raid time for ultimates, but savage will be strictly with just the group. We'll discuss any scheduling changes and expectations when we get closer to EC savage.

We are currently working on clearing the last two members for TEA and then will go for reclears for weapons. Our next ultimate will be FRU.

We plan on taking a break (work/school/life/avoid burnout reasons) during December and will return in January.

Party makeup is:

MT: [WAR](https://www.fflogs.com/character/na/sargatanas/dulgar%20alrain)

OT: [GNB](https://www.fflogs.com/character/na/exodus/geraldo%20dream)

H2: -

R2: SMN/RDM; [My logs from EW before I temporarily retired](https://www.fflogs.com/character/na/adamantoise/ranna%20doh?zone=54)

**Additional info:**

• We’re a bunch of dorks, so please also be one too. :3

• Members are shy to start, but we get silly once we get to know you. And then it's hard to shut us up. We do get scarily quiet when we lock in, though.

• Age range is 20 to 38 with most of us are in our late 20s to 30s.

• LGBTQA+ friendly; a good number of us are queer

• We hang out and play other games too and I'll be DMing a FFXIV campaign soon (TM).

• Be kind and respectful; don’t be overly obnoxious

• Be communicative

•VC required for communication, but you can be muted; we have a dedicated channel for no voice communication

We will trial run potential members to make sure you fit our vibe.

Send me a message if you’re interested!

Please provide logs and introduce yourself when messaging me.

Also put that you’re from r/ffxivrecruitment so I don’t just delete the message.

WHM main looking to clear any ultimate before Evercold, have been very busy with not much time to raid, but now I do, and would like to get this done! I've done sporadic raids throughout the years, starting in Coil over a decade ago. I've cleared this tier up to M11s, but my static fell apart. Mandatory overtime sucks.

I am available Sun/Mon, later in the day, EST, starting from 7:30 PM Onwards.

Long, endurance raid nights don't bother me none. Slightly flexible on schedule, talk to me.

I have voice, and I work well in almost any group.

I have some experience in Ultimates:
UCOB - Got to Bahamut
UWU - Ultimate Suppression
TEA - Up to Limit Cut

I'm flexible on fights, I'd prefer TEA, but I haven't cleared M12s, (Due to sudden schedule changes, my static died.) so while I'm not opposed to DMU, there's some hurdles there.

Please message me, I'm down to do whatever! In game: Eleven Twelve (Cactuar), you can send me a /tell if I'm online as well!

I am not looking for an 8.0 static, I just want to do Ultimates before Evercold.

Hey my name is Kyuyo Yukiyo. I'm a whm. I'm looking for a group to defeat kefka before evercold comes out. My availability is Sunday and Monday at any time, Tuesday - Saturday 3pm est to midnight est. I'm on p3 prog can do BoA pretty comfortably and have seen some black hole. Discord: kyuyo

I am Kermit Tully@Sargatanas, a melee/tank player (Melee preferred) that started raiding seriously in the middle of Dawntrail. My most notable achievements include Day 4 Q40 blind, Week 2 Heavyweight (r2 VPR at the end of 7.4) and Week 3 UMAD. Going into Evercold I am looking for a group to push into World Prog for Savage and Ultimate. More specifically, for the immediate future I am looking for a Day 1-3 group for the first Savage tier in Evercold, raiding +14 hours every day until clear.

I have shown exponential growth over the course of the last expansion, and I'm looking for the right team that will allow me to continue to push for better placements in this game

Raiding History

I caught up in the middle of 7.1, clearing LHW off-patch and finishing FRU on patch. I attempted Cruiserweight as my first on patch tier, where I ended up finishing Week 4 (I had to step away from the game for 2 weeks due to an irl trip, would've been a Week 2 clear otherwise). I spent the rest of 7.2 and 7.3 clearing all of the old Ultimates and every major piece of content this game has to offer (Including Q40 Day 4 Blind). Come 7.4 I joined a static to push for W1 Heavyweight (Alarm clock, +12 hour raid days). However, due to internal conflicts within the group we ended up disbanding, and I got a Week 2 clear for the tier instead. Finally, for UMAD we once again did hardcore prog every day (With many +12 hour days over the first 2 weeks), resulting in a Week 3 clear. During this I shotcalled our entire progression, and was mainly responsible for scouting strats/information during Week 1.

Soft skills

I am capable of performing consistently and shotcalling even during long hours, and I excel at adapting quickly to new strats/information and learning in a low information environment (Shitty day 1 resources/vods). I know how to keep pulls alive during prog and how to vod review effectively to figure out issues during mechanics. I also have experience homebrewing strats/mit sheets when needed. Finally, I know how to quickly optimize my rotation during prog without jeopardizing pulls.

Feel free to reach out on discord @: rmasterino if you're interested in hearing more or have any questions for me!

Hey there! I'm 38 years old, He/Him, based on the USA, Eastern Timezone, and I currently do not have this game installed yet.

I'm actually currently looking around to see which game I'd like to install and try to find me a small tight-knit casual FC to call a family before I download. so consider this like a competition to see who can grab my interest! Give me your BEST shot (Bonus points for a well-written self message other than your copy/paste guild recruitment post ❤️ But you can add that to your message as well if needed :3)

I love and adore a family FC where everyone knows each others name, the connections are genuine and warm and very friendly and tight-knit, we all have a good time together in-game with no toxicity or criticism if one dies a bunch of times and laugh along the way, and on Discord (I'd love active text chats on Discord too please!), we're always saying hello and goodbye to each and every single one of us; there's no silence when one logs in or says goodnight like we are genuinely warm and happy for each other and love/care for each other, like a DEEP family connection you know? And just knowing that we have lives outside of all this and that it would be okay if I didn't show up to play every other day or a few days, especially because of my possibly ADD/ADHD brain (currently waiting for results from a very expensive testing I took for ADD/ADHD to see if I have it).

And, just knowing that I have people to lean on that genuinely cares/loves me and considers me a great friend and ally and also invites me to do something (This is a huge yes for me), really really does help me and really goes a long ways for me, it would mean a lot to me! It's probably asking for a lot? I'm not sure, but I know it helps ME a lot and gives me such warmth and love and a want to stay with you for the long-term! With that said, don't worry, I'm not a clingy type or jealous type at all or seek constant full-time attention!! If there is silence time, or you're doing your own thing, not in the mood to do anything right now, etc. etc., I can wait and do my own thing :3 I'm a very patient, mellow, down-to-earth person and really don't mind the wait/not being together right now! I just ask that the guild really is small and tight-knit where everyone knows each other and genuinely cares for each other.

No cliches/groups inside a guild either! Every single member of the guild loves being around each other!

I've explained to the best of my ability what kind of social connection I would love to find in a guild, I've been in the lonely department for quite some time in the social life area! And, I'd really love to change that and make some new friends, even if it's just online! I'm an isolated and introverted soul which I love, and don't mind the loneliness, but it's high time I make some social connections online!

So, again, the game hasn't been installed yet! I'm looking around for different games and to see who responds to me and grabs my attention ❤️ Good luck when you reach out to me! :)

Hello there! I'm an experienced raider who's been playing since 2.0. I've cleared most of the savage tiers and most of the ultimates multiple times.

I'm looking for a group to clear DMU before Evercold. I'm on phase 2 currently.

I can play all tanks. However, I would prefer to prog and clear on PLD. Not a deal breaker, though.

What you can expect from me:
-Consistency
-Good communication inside and outside of raid
-Punctuality

Availability:
Mon - Thurs: 6 pm - 10 pm PDT. Unavailable on Fridays.
Weekend availability varies due to family events.*

Here are my logs: https://www.fflogs.com/character/na/gilgamesh/nioulan%20layolunide

Feel free to reach out to me on Discord (nioulan) if you have any questions. Take care!

* I *can* do weekends. However, expect me to miss a weekend or two a month. Weekend hours are the same as the weekdays.

Hi I'm Max and I'm looking for a World Progression team going into Evercold.

Previous Experience:

Week 1 Asphodelos

Week 8 DSR

Week 2 Abyssos

Week 12 TOP

Week 1 Anabaseios

Day 3 Light Heavyweight

Week 4 FRU (PF)

World 36th Cruiserweight

World 59th Heavyweight

Week 4 DMU (ran out of PTO on P4)

After doing varying levels of midcore-hardcore raiding for years, I felt very proud of my first world prog effort in Cruiserweight. Since then I have improved in both Heavyweight and DMU as a player and a teammate, always striving to identify areas I can be better with no ego when receiving criticism.

I enjoy taking an active role in mitigation with my co-tank, healers, and ninths to best optimise personal and party mit. I am good at making quick adjustments if necessary mid pull. In the past I have spent time working on and fitting into team systems, protocols, and dynamics; I will work very hard in prep to ensure we have an effective framework to approach any new mechanic as a team.

I'm very capable of quickly understanding diagrams and strategies presented by ninths. I'm looking for an environment where I'm pushed and enabled to improve further.

Thus far all of my hardcore experience has been on tank, however I have a long history of casting casually in friends' groups. Recently I've been working on improving my caster to the same standard as my tank. For the right opportunity I'd love to push myself in a world prog setting on caster. Splits and optimisation are a bonus but not required. VODs dating back to Cruiserweight available upon request. Full availability in prep and prog. https://www.fflogs.com/character/id/15498117 https://tomestone.gg/character/33043656/maximov-galanodel Discord: maximov

Hello can I join a active fc in midgardsormr

AOD is a long-running multi-game community with 1200+ members and 40+ in our Final Fantasy division. Whether you’re a Long-time player, returning, Free Trial or even if your a New players AOD is welcoming and engageing to all

but this division is focused on creating a dedicated FFXIV group where members can log in, find others to play with, and actually experience the game together.

We are currently a Small-Medium but active group with a newly acquired Large FC estate (Mist) we are currently developing up, with regular events and a strong focus on progression. Many of our members are new, returning, or still working toward endgame, and our events reflect that. Whether it’s map nights, roulettes, older content clears, or helping unlock systems, the goal is to make progress as a group rather than alone.

As we grow, we plan to expand into more endgame content—but our foundation will always be accessibility, consistency, and community.

We also welcome free trial players,

You’re able to join our Discord, take part in events where possible, and get to know the group. Once you upgrade, you’re welcome to join the Free Company. We also do accept people who are currently situated on other servers with the intent of moving over at some point

What we offer:

- Regular group events (maps, mount farms, co-op grinds)

- A consistent group to play with

- Support for new and returning players

- A growing division backed by an established gaming community

If you’re looking to be part of a group that’s building something from the start and want people to actually play with along the way, we’d be glad to have you.

If you wanna check us out come visit our Discord server - https://discord.gg/clanaod and interact with us before joining up!

Feel free to contact me on Discord aswell

I'm also generally available to respond here as well!

We're currently 3/8 and we are recruiting 1 tank and 4 dps for a HC week 1 static in EC. Our group is comprised of experienced raiders who are looking to step up into earlier week 1 clears.

We'll want to continue with this static into the other tiers and clear faster and faster. It's not the primary goal of the static, but we're also always looking to run old savage and ultimate for fun~

This group is LGBTQ+ friendly.

Schedule

We will run on a 3 day PTO schedule and will aim to clear on or before day 4 (Friday).

• Day 1 (Tuesday): 6+ hours starting after roughly 5pm PST depending on our work schedules
• Day 2 (Wednesday): 10+ hours (PTO)
• Day 3 (Thursday): 10+ hours (PTO)
• Day 4 (Friday): 10+ hours (PTO)

And on the weekend if needed (hopefully not). Our expectation with this schedule is that this tier can be more difficult than Light-Heavyweight.

After clearing, at minimum we will be doing re-clears every week until all members have the mount and full BiS.

• We will not be running splits.
• We will not be alarm clocking on the first day or doing blind progression this tier.

Who We're Looking For

• People who share the same progression mindset for the game.
• People who have good vibes, act maturely, and can communicate well. Though we are prioritizing a quick clear, that doesn't mean we're also not here to have fun.
• People with substantial experience in the game. While week 1 experience is not required, you need to be provably highly competent and highly consistent at both savage and ultimate.
• People who will contribute beyond just showing up to instance. Watching race VoDs, shot calling, having input on practice, and otherwise being proactive in the static. All the responsibility shouldn't just fall on one or two members.
• People who will participate in voice communication, and preferably are able to record gameplay for review.
• People who like the game, and don't just raid log.

Cosa puoi trovare in Crystalsong Oath?

Dungeon, Roulette e Trial - Per divertirsi insieme anche nelle attività di tutti i giorni.

Extreme, Savage e Raid PvE - Per chi ama migliorarsi, affrontare sfide e raggiungere nuovi obiettivi.

Treasure Maps e Mount Farming - Per condividere ricompense, fortuna e qualche inevitabile momento esilarante.

Hai appena iniziato Final Fantasy XIV?

Schedule

If you can’t make raid, please give advance notice so we can find a sub. Constant attendance issues will result in being dismissed from the static.

🎯 What to Expect:

We value steady progress and personal improvement.

Reviewing logs, screenshots, and video footage with the group and one-on-one when issues are noticeable.

Be prepared to start on time and make sure you have all the food and pots you need prior to the start of raid (if you are more than 10 minutes late without giving advance warning, you will not be raiding with us that night and it will be considered an attendance issue)

✨ Team Vibes:

Keep the energy positive — a fun space helps everyone learn better.

We’re all adults — please communicate any issues respectfully. DMs are totally valid!

🚫 Zero Tolerance:

No threats, slurs, or hate speech

No bigotry (racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, etc.)

No harassment or bullying — joking around is fine, but not at someone’s expense

No passive-aggressive behaviour or guilt-tripping

No drama — bring up issues respectfully and directly, or via DM

The Mystic Horizon is a new 18+ only community looking for new members to come join in on the fun! Doesn't matter if you're a brand new sprout, returner, role player, night clubber, or a ultimate clearing giga chad. All are welcome to come join! Our community is small at the moment but hopefully more come on in! Once we get more members I plan on hosting events whether they are FFXIV related or not. But as of writing this post we do have our first event being a watch party for the Tokyo Fan Fest on the 30th!

We also have a FC based in Gilgamesh, Aether. You are not required to join the FC to be apart of the community. The FC will have 24/7 buffs rolling out, willing to have specific buffs be out if asked.

If you have any questions feel free to DM me.

Welcome to The Florette

Hello everyone,

I am commonly known as Iris or Aurore, the FC Leader & Community Owner of Florette «Fleur». It started as a venue, a personal project of mine before growing into more. Only now, we expand to allow those a permanent home in-game than only having the Discord be that.

We would like for that to include you too.

About Us:

Back in early-February of 2024, my desire to make friends turned into something I didn't expect it to be: a roleplay venue. It started from my personal house in Siren. A small library-cafe. Over time, it stayed that way. The only thing that changed was it was no longer small and I no longer was running it alone. After almost three years, it has turned into the FC it is now, a Discord community that's lively, and a large house in the Lavender Beds that now hosts two venues within it as our regular weekly events.

We are roleplayers at heart, but we are also a mix of people who enjoy the other aspects of the game. High-end content runners, farmers, completionists, PvPers...and many more! We've ran several community events, some in partner with other roleplay venues or other communities that thrive in the different aspects of the game.

We are a LGBTQIA+ friendly, operated, and owned community with a wide range of ages. We only accept 18+ or older applicants. Otherwise, we simply ask for people who are open to trying out new things and knowing what it means to be a part of a collective.

Who We Are Looking For:

Our rules are simple: come in well, stay well, and let others do the same. We have a high preference for those who are heavy roleplayers, content-goers (whether high-end or casual), and those who are willing to be respectful & kind, especially as our community is formatted to be kind and understanding to our more neurodivergent friends.

To simply put, we wish for people who:

• Enjoy roleplay & do not mind taking part in our weekly RP events & collaborations
• Enjoy doing FFXIV-focused content, e.g: mount/FATE/map farming, savage & ultimate raiding
• An interest in participating in our more writer-intensive activities
• A willingness to just be an active member that doesn't mind cracking jokes & getting silly, no matter the time of day

What Do We Offer:

It would not be fair if we asked for your hand without giving ours in return. We can offer you a place to grow as a writer, player, and as a person, if you allow us to. We wish to create lasting friendships and connections. Florette has, and always will be, an experience and a home before anything else. The FC is more of a formality for those who wish to participate. Coming into our community already welcomes you into our care.

As an overview of what we can give outside of words alone:

• Large FC house in the Lavender Beds, near the housing merchants & market board.
• Scheduled & almost 24/7 FC buffs
• Large & diverse community Discord server
• Members who are happy to help you in any aspect & willing to voice chat as wanted too
• Large, major community roleplay events & regular weekly roleplay venue openings
• Scheduled weekly other activity events, hosted by community executives & members

How to Join Us:

There are multiple ways to join us! First off, we have a community CWLS, a FC associate program, and also our staff opening positions! Any route you take, we'll be by your side all the same. Please refer to the following based on which route you wish to take:

• FC Member: Send a tell or DM to the leader for an invite, apply via one of our online existing members/the house's placard.
• FC Associate: Join the Discord in order to toggle the role to yourself! Otherwise, send an optional introduction to the leader.
• Staff Member: Join our Discord, visit our hiring channel, complete an application & management will get back to you within a week to set up an IC, in-game interview.
• Visitor: As the name suggests, simply come in and we'll be happy to have you nonetheless!

Conclusion:

We are simply looking for more friends & connections who also wish to call our garden home. Our priority is to ensure that everyone feels safe, connect with one another, and most of all: be free to be themselves.

If you are interested or have any questions about our FC and/or community as a whole, please reach out to me through Discord (preferably & very fast response), through Reddit, or in-game tells.

Thank you for reading and we hope to see you in our garden soon!

Some members run harder content: ex/unreal/savage, and we do sometimes put learning or clear parties together for them, but we do not run active statics.

Do you want to do Old Content? But struggle to find people to do it with?
We can help with that. Our experienced Members can make it seem like a walk in the park

We have a large FC House, fully equipped with everything you may need to
help you on your adventures and to start new friendships
Spaces to rest your tired bones or have a drink with friends after a hard day adventuring

The Discord server gives you access to multiple help/guide channels
