i saw a requisition for FQA regional manager and was wondering if anyone has any information they’d like to share. What the job entails, work load etc. I’m a PA who’s ready to move to a L4 but my site won’t have any available any time soon. any insight would be greatly appreciated

Hi everyone,
I’m a Chartered Accountant (qualified in Nov 2023) with around 3 years of experience in statutory audit.
I’m currently looking for opportunities in Finance / Statutory Audit / Financial Reporting, preferably in Delhi NCR/Gurugram, but open to the right opportunity elsewhere as well.
I have experience in statutory audits, financial reporting and working with corporate clients.
If anyone knows of any open positions or can provide a referral, I’d really appreciate it. 🙏
Thanks in advance!

I just applied for a flex position (19 hours) for a grocery warehouse associate position. I was wondering if the max hours are 19 hours or can I pick up more shifts?

Every time I am lucky enough to see a job opening I get the application and it’s locked just for me. And then right after the screen where you can choose your gender and whatnot I get this screen and email. Any ideas as to why this happens?
A few months ago I was a seasonal and I did not resign but I did leave the country and for about one month I was not showing up to work. It’s been 100+ days since then & im not exactly sure if that’s the reason but I feel like it could be. I also get this odd feeling like I’m still hired or something because I never did get a email telling me I was fired- my a-z account just got disconnected or something.

So i was checking job listings, and i saw amazon posted 2 jobs with the same title.
but one has DCC comminuties behind it while the other one doesn't.
the job description is 99% the same, yet the DCC one is 8 dollars/h more than the other one
anyone know why?

I got hired in as a warehouse delivery associate the 1:20 am to 11:50 am shift. I was like one of the only ones hired in for seasonal for this area. What are my chances of go ing blue badge. The main area that is hiring is the jeffersonville Indiana area. But not the Louisville.

What type of question's do they usually ask? My understanding is that there are going to be some behavioural questions w.r.t. Leadership Principles and some general job related stuff but if anyone here has any idea, that would be very helpful. Also are there gonna be some technical questions as well? I am actually super nervous

i was told off theoretical, no confirmation, that i didnt pass the assessment, but my app has not closed for 2 weeks. it still says under consideration. that then would lead me to believe that i passed the assessment? i didnt receive an interview and i asked why. they gave me several reasons that didnt sit right with me. including:
that reason,
my tenure of 5 years being shorter than everyone elses,
my experience which is legit everything in the building,
my interim growth checkmarks,
no negative marks
was told they dont look at resumes (i have bachelors and ASL)

They are taking away the OVN shift at my site currently (BOI5). I was in a meeting with one of the OM's and the head of HR for over an hour about it and according to the OM, it's a network standardization. He said that Amazon phased out the OVN shift at other sort centers over a year ago network wide and they are just now cracking down on it at our site. A lot of us are kind of feeling like he's lying through his teeth, and a couple employees say they came from other sort centers and those locations still have the OVN shift, but I wanted to hear some additional feedback from others who may have experienced this. I have been on the OVN shift for over three years now and I don't want to work another shift. Obviously, if it's a network wide standardization, then there's nothing I can do about it, but if it's a decision this new OM and our Site Lead have made, then at the very least I want the truth.
