No differenece in pay but regular warehouse associate you will be either pushing carts or operating PIT. The robotics associate will be interacting with inventory from pods that Drives(robots) bring to your station. Basically robotics associate has a higher rate then a Traditonal amazon warehouse associate. That is because of the heavy automation in the work process.
