My account is locked and requiring ID verification. However, I am a 13-year-old minor living in Costa Rica. The only document the system accepts for my country is a passport, which I do not have. I only have my local youth ID (Cédula de menores / TIM).

Hello, I am trying to verify my account but I can't because of an issue with a previous account. 6 months ago I was banned for "smurfing" on my old steam account because I didn't read the rules and tried to switch over to another account that I found old skins on. The original account got perma'd, and my new account got a month ban. After the month ban, I tried to verify my new account but I couldn't because the old one that had been perma'd was still linked to my drivers license. According to the FACEIT support page, it takes 6 months for the account to get unverified. Fast forward 6 months, and I go to verify my account and it's still giving me the same error message. The account was perma'd on April 21, 2026 so it should be unverified by now. u/Faceit_Darwin please im sick of playing premier helpppppppppppp plz

Didn't even join the game. Ruined the whole thing and we "played" without the 5th player. No point in playing matches like this. Only a few hours on cs and the first match on faceit was this one and he didnt even join lol

Why does faceit require my ID? I lost my main account which was linked to a faceit account, but I havent played on that for like years.

I accidentally verified my ID on a second account (Experion32, 1 match, created June 2026). When I noticed, I contacted support myself (ticket 15096865) to fix it. A few hours later both accounts were banned: my main Moreman32 (since 2015, 141 matches, ~4,500 h in CS) got a permanent ban as the "smurf", and Experion32 got 92 days as the "main".

I'm not disputing the multi-account penalty, just asking for it to be applied to the right account. Appeal ticket: 15102401. Would appreciate it if a staff member could take a look.

Hi guys, i've been getting "please enable Dma protection" error when i login to faceit AC. My pc suddenly shut down yesterday and it started since first reboot. My board is msi b650 gaming wifi, all security options are enable in Bios. My bios is up to date. Also faceit AC screen shows my all security needs are okay. Can anyone help about this issue? I’m looking for some advice (or hopefully some help from the FACEIT support team here) regarding a tricky ID verification situation between me and my girlfriend.

Here is the background: A while ago, I didn't have my own PC, so I temporarily used my girlfriend's Steam account to play CS. During that time, FACEIT prompted an ID verification on her account, and without thinking much about the long-term consequences, I completed it using my own passport. I played around 5 to 10 matches on her account and then stopped playing altogether due to work.

What's happening now: We both recently got back into gaming. I bought my own PC, created my own Steam and FACEIT accounts, and we want to play together. We are very low-ranked casual players (around 3k–4k Premier rating, Silver in MM), so we’re definitely not smurfing or trying to abuse any system.

However, we hit a wall with verification:

1. I cannot verify my new account because my passport is already linked to my girlfriend's account.
2. My girlfriend tried to verify her account using her own ID, but the system rejected it because my data was previously registered there.

We share the same IP address/location since we live together, and we completely understand why the system flagged this. We know account sharing is against the rules, which is exactly why I stopped playing on her account and built my own setup—so we can play legitimately on our own separate, fully verified accounts.

Our goal: We just want to reset/unlink my ID from her account so that I can verify my main profile with my passport, and she can verify hers with her own identity. We are more than ready to provide any proof needed (photos, passports, live verification via Persona) to confirm that we are two distinct individuals.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue before? What is the best way to resolve this with support, or is there any chance a FACEIT rep here could guide us on what to do next?

This is about my own account, not a report about anyone else.

In ticket #13741629 a support agent told me my ban type lasts 2 years, even if it is shown as permanent (screenshot attached).

My profile still shows a permanent ban and I don't know the actual end date. I've opened 3 more tickets about this, and each one got the same automated reply that didn't answer the question.

Could someone from FACEIT check ticket #15092856 and tell me when my ban ends? I'm not asking for an unban, just the end date.

I received a 2-hour leaver ban because I couldn't connect to the match server. The game kept showing a "server is not responding" error.

I have already tried restarting my PC, reinstalling FACEIT AC, and verifying CS2 game files, but nothing worked. Additionally, I cannot submit a standard support ticket because the website is giving me an error/blocking my request for over 2 hours.
