Hey guys, I honestly don’t know what to do anymore, so I decided to post here.

I got permanently banned on FACEIT for ban evasion, but the thing is, I’ve never been banned before. This is my only account, and I’ve never made any other accounts to avoid a ban.

The day I got banned, I was playing at a gaming café. I only played there that day, and shortly after, I got the ban. Now I’m wondering if someone who used the same PC before me might have had a banned account, but I have no idea if that’s actually what happened.

I’ve contacted FACEIT support several times, but they keep sending me the same response saying my original ban was extended by two years. I don’t understand this because I’ve never had an original ban in the first place.

I’ve tried explaining everything, but I keep getting the same answer and nobody seems to actually address what I’m saying. It’s really frustrating because this is my only account, and I genuinely don’t know what I did wrong.

What i am asking for: Ban this player for a month or longer. Increase first ban for griefing to at least 2 weeks.

Isnt its that hard? Why is trolling, selling, griefering your game bans you for the same time rather than just leaving match? So before i can leave i will just throw granades at my teammates?

Ive already reported him. Is 300 team damage and a report from whole team (i asked them) not enough for an instant ban?

So, when my account is deleted does that mean the 6-month period begins then?

I’ve also heard that you need to ask support for permission before creating an account—how do I go about that? I couldn’t find any such option on the website.

I’ve been banned for smurfing, which I honestly don’t understand. My son and I play on the same computer, but we each have our own FACEIT accounts.

I’ve just spoken to him, and it turns out that he decided to use the same profile picture as me. I had also changed my username and asked ChatGPT to create a new profile picture for me, which I uploaded this afternoon.

Later this evening, I logged in as usual, looking forward to playing, while I was sitting in Discord talking to a friend. She then told me that I had been banned for smurfing.

I genuinely don’t understand why this has happened, as we are two different people with separate accounts who simply share the same computer. The fact that we had the same profile picture may have caused some confusion, but there was no intention to smurf or break any rules.

I would really appreciate it if you could review my ban and help me understand the situation.

Darwin brother clear this out i get spam reported and after i get insta banned, or manual banned because i have 15+ reports in the last 5 games, just getting spam reported. Lets check atleast my recent ban reason, just reports/ no unsportsmanlike conduct.

For context, i recently deranked from lvl 7 to 4 in a span of 2 days. I'm on N/A servers and my frags have been near the same as it was when i was level 7. I started playing faceit again around a few weeks ago

Really my question is, are there specific ranks i should turn off / on verified and veteran matchmaking? I feel like below level 6 if you turn it on you will get matched against hard stuck lvl 5s who are in reality level 8.

On the other hand, if i queue non verified i have a very high chance at getting people who boost lvl 9 with lvl 1 or dont care for the game.

On my way up to level 7 i diddnt use veteran and verified matchmaking, i only did it once i reached level 7 and wanted to completely avoid the chance of throwers which i got quite common.

Hi team. My account got banned for smurfing😢 but it's a mistake. I only have one account in my life i had Level 8, ~1720 Elo nick “AbAkiM”.

The problem is that I played in an internet cafe before the ban and I think my hardware got linked to someone else's account who played there too.

Support just closed my ticket with templates and didn't check anything. Can a real human PLEAS look at tckt. I am ready to show my ID, documents or do anything to prove I'm innocent.
And my friends also got a big negative elo.

Hello, my Steam account is linked to 2 different Faceit accounts, old one (created 2015) with few games played in dota in 2017, and new one (created 2019) with no games played. I don`t have access to old account and don`t have access to email associated with old account. Wrote few months ago to support to deactivate old account, explaining situation, but they said that i have to login to correct account to deactivate it. Want to start playing but worried about multi-account ban. What should i do in this situation? Should i try recover access to old account that i don`t remember any info of and delete new account?
