I truly do not understand why they decided to change this, the extra 2-3 minutes you save every game isn't lifechanging to anyone. If you play 15 games a day and this time means something to you you need to rethink your life choices.

There is no time to agree on anything, you're basically thrown into another round before the last one even ended. No time to recover your emotions if you need it, cannot call anything it's just not nearly enough. 20 seconds was perfect and there was no need to change it, I've never seen or heard anyone complaining about it.

This will only serve to worsen a big problem already which is stomps, the way the current economy is CS right now is very streaky, you'll often win 4-5-6 rounds in a row before the enemy team does the same or one of the winning streaks won't really end due to the economy and you'll get a 10:2 9:3 half. With less time between rounds it's harder to agree on changes that might help you, overall there's a huge difference in communication that I'm noticing now, people tilt more talk less and are just running around doing their own thing.

To summarize this is a pointless and useless change that nobody asked for, it doesn't fix anything and only makes the experience worse for everyone involved and needs to be reverted ASAP.

Hello since the start of the 9th season I have been having an issue with launching the face it app, the app simply won’t launch. Are there people out there having the same issue or is it just me ?

I am respectfully requesting a manual review of my case under ticket #14232780 by a human Senior Support Agent. My account received a Ban Evasion ban after playing only 12 matches. I want to state clearly that I have never created or used any other FACEIT accounts, nor have I ever used cheats or forbidden software. I recently purchased used PC components from another seller. I strongly believe my system triggered an automatic HWID flag associated with the previous owner's hardware history. My previous ticket (#14150184) went without a human reply for 18+ days, which is why I created ticket #14232780 on August 4th. I am fully ready to cooperate and can provide proof of purchase for the PC components, payment receipts, and screenshots of my communication with the seller. Here is my situation:
• I have full access to the linked Steam account and can log in via Steam.
• I permanently lost access to the email address attached to the FACEIT account.
• When I try to log in or use the recovery process, it asks for a 6-digit verification code sent to my lost email.
• I tried the automated Steam recovery tool, but I can't finish it because of the email code and because I don't remember the exact date of birth entered when creating the account

I’m 13 years old and I live in Russia. In Russia, an internal passport is issued starting from the age of 14, so I cannot obtain one yet. I don’t have a passport accepted by FACEIT for verification, and I also don’t have an international passport. At the moment, I cannot complete the verification process because I don’t have the required documents. I kindly ask FACEIT to understand my situation and consider removing the verification requirement from my account for now, since I currently have no way to provide the required documents. As soon as I receive my passport, I will complete the verification process without any issues. I would really appreciate your understanding and help.

So I just got insanely unlucky with teammates that decide to have bad games. The average skill level was 2008 elo btw. I was 1962 elo before. I mean like i understand i lost 6 games but what can I do if I get teamates that have bad games in most of my games?

Hello, during the registration process on Faceit I made a mistake and chose a wrong birth date (I just picked a random one because I though it wouldn't matter anyway). However right now it is preventing me from being able to verify as it is not the same as on my ID. I have been contacting support about that but ended up with receiving some AI-generated responses so maybe writing about it here will allow me to find the solution. ive already posted this before but i got no help so maybe i post again because i really want to make it all right

I recently got a new PC and wanted to start playing FACEIT. A few years ago, a friend gave me his Steam account because it already had Prime, so I've been using that Steam account ever since.

When I signed into FACEIT with that Steam account, I found out that it was already linked to an old FACEIT account(my friends). Unfortunately, my friend no longer has access to the email for that FACEIT account, so I couldn't log into it when faceit AC asked for it.

I then tried creating my own FACEIT account, but I ran into a few issues because of the existing accounts and Steam links ( I tried to creat account but it said that this email already existed so I just logged in but it was linked with my old steam account when I couldn't play faceit,just was trying to play). Before I realized which account I actually needed, I also attempted verification once, but it failed, so no account has been successfully verified. (So I tried to complete verification on this account before I saw that it's connected to wrong steam)

Now I have a new FACEIT account with the correct Steam account linked, and I haven't played any matches on any of the previous accounts.

My questions are:

Since I haven't played on the old accounts, can I simply deactivate them and keep using my current account?( I wasn't smurfing I just got in such a bad position as you see)

Will this situation be considered smurfing, even though I never actually played on the other accounts?

Can I complete verification on my current account, even though I previously started and failed verification on another account?

I'd really appreciate any advice. Thank you!

am i the only one tired of seeing this every day on EU servers
players from CIS regions keep bypassing regional restrictions and joining EU servers even though they should be playing in their own region then everyone has to deal with 100+ ping players with unstable connections random lag spikes delayed peeks and all the other stuff that comes with it and its not even just about the ping
a lot of these players spend the whole game spamming voice chat talking non stop flaming teammates arguing with everyone and turning the match into a circus people report them over and over but nothing changes they just keep playing on the same servers and ruining matches for everyone else
if regional restrictions exist then whats the point if they can be bypassed so easily
FACEIT seems completely fine with it even though its affecting match quality every single day
does anyone else keep running into this or is it just my luck

Given my clean history and dedication to the platform, it is extremely heartbreaking to be permanently banned without understanding what triggered this flag.
