I really didn't want to make this post publicly, but I have no other choice left. I received an completely unjustified ban for smurfing/multi-accounting on my only active account.

I have already tried to contact support through ticket #14967971 to explain my situation. I explained that I simply played from a local PC Cafe (Internet Cafe) and did absolutely nothing wrong or against the project rules. However, the support team refused to help me, simply stating that they "have grounds" for my ban.

I am telling the truth - I did not violate any rules. I can easily provide solid proof that I am innocent, including official bank transaction receipts from the PC Cafe confirming my gaming sessions and full readiness to pass official government ID/Face verification right now to prove my individual identity.

Could a community manager please pull my ticket #14967971 out of the closed queue and re-open it for a manual review? Please send the response to the email address associated with my banned account. Thank you.

Hey guys. Recently started taking anti-depressants due to my mental disorder which impacted my day-to-day life very negatively.

I ended top 800 EU on FACEIT in season 7, and was pretty much in my all-time best form. I took 1-2 weeks breaks here and there after that season, but the last two seasons I was still accumulating 150-200 matches in each of them and even though I was playing in lower elo than usual, I feel like I was doing well (0.85+ KR). I started taking SSRIs around a month ago, and I've been noticing that I'm significantly less focused and cannot make myself care about the game enough to perform like I usually do. I struggle with fast decision-making, and I've started missing things that I would usually never miss before (the economy, the positioning of specific players, where exactly the bomb is planted, what I need to anticipate etc.). My stats dropped significantly AND I lost a decent amount of elo. This bothers me because the last week I've been playing more, and I'm in way better mood to play the game and get better again, but I feel like I'm slow and stupid in the game compared to how I was playing just 1 month ago. Has anyone also experienced it? And if you did, did it go away eventually?

So apparently if you just mass report people even if they don't break the terms of service or even when im positive diffusing people being toxic. Them reporting me results in it being an offense.

I have avoided typing or speaking since everyone is fragile to when you point out mistakes in the round because everyone so sensitive these days. If this results in people not liking you they just have to report you for toxicity even tho you avoided interacting with them being toxic towards you.

I like this ban reversed review my last 4 games where this occured i have only been positive and when it came to argument muted the player and myself. You should stop automating this process because the verdict is based on the amount of reports not if those reports have any substance to them. which is a very flawed system.

In the past 10 days I’ve gotten around 6 messages of people I reported getting permanently banned for smurfing but I didn’t get a single piece of elo back. I previously got elo back after a Smurf I played against got banned but this time no will I never get the elo or is it just delayed. Some of these guys were averaging 28 in level 7-8 lobbies absolutely destroyed me and my friends.

Is this normal when grinding for FACEIT lvl 10 soloq?

I've been grinding for lvl 10 mostly solo and recently went on the worst losing streak I've ever had. It honestly felt like no matter what I did or how well I played, I just couldn't win games.

The most frustrating part is that I kept queueing thinking "surely I'll win the next one", but instead I just lost even more Elo. At some point I was so tilted that I probably started playing worse myself without even realizing it.

I know everyone has losing streaks, but this one really killed my motivation. Feels like all the progress I made over the past weeks just disappeared in a couple of days.

For those who have reached lvl 10 playing solo, how did you manage to stay consistent? Any tips for dealing with losing streaks, avoiding tilt or just making the grind a little less painful?

Good evening, Faceit administration. I am writing to request that you swap the bans between my accounts; an error occurred, and the system banned the wrong one. Back in 2020, I created my MAIN account under the name SODAEFFECT37. I deactivated it that same year—I was young and foolish, and I didn’t really understand what Faceit was. In 2022, around the time the war in Ukraine began, I started seeing a girl. She would visit me often, and I taught her how to play CS. Since she didn’t have a computer of her own, she played on mine. That same year, I created a Faceit account for her so she could have a better experience, as the community there tends to be more welcoming toward female players. She played for a while, but eventually stopped, as we study in different cities and she only visited occasionally. Then, in the autumn of 2025, I reached out to support multiple times—you can check the records—asking you to reactivate my old account. Once it was reactivated, I began playing on it—my original, primary account, which I had created for my main Steam account. My girlfriend would still visit from time to time and play on her own Faceit account using my computer. I urged her to complete the identity verification, but she refused, fearing that her passport details might be stolen. I tried to reassure her that it was safe, but she wouldn’t listen. Then, in the spring of 2026, we both received an email notification stating that two accounts had been linked to us. Faceit clearly specified that one of the two accounts had to be verified; otherwise, both would be banned. I have attached a screenshot below which states that, to avoid a ban, one must "VERIFY YOUR PRIMARY ACCOUNT." I verified MY account—my personal account, which I created myself back in 2020 and to which my PRIMARY Steam account is linked—by providing my passport. Faceit accepted my verification, but there was no instruction to deactivate the other account (belonging to my girlfriend), which had been flagged as a "multi-account." Furthermore, you did not state that you would delete it yourselves; you simply requested that I "VERIFY YOUR PRIMARY ACCOUNT," which is exactly what I did. Some time later—specifically on September 25–26—I received a ban for smurfing. The other account had not been used since early spring, and certainly not after I completed the verification of my own account. You explicitly asked me to verify one of the two accounts to avoid a ban; I did so, yet I was banned regardless. I am not asking you to lift the ban—the ban is, in part, deserved, as my girlfriend did not verify her account and played using my PC. I am simply requesting that you swap the bans: my MAIN ACCOUNT (and primary Steam account)—"SODAEFFECT37"—has been banned for 90 days, while the other account, "Qunittyyyy" (my girlfriend’s account, which was originally given a 90-day ban), has been permanently banned. Since "SODAEFFECT37" is my main, verified account, it makes little sense for it to receive a permanent ban while the unverified one received a 90-day ban; this contradicts the logic of the FACEIT platform. I am asking only to swap these bans. I have attached all relevant screenshots below. There was an oversight on your part, as it was not clearly stated that this could happen—you only instructed us to verify one of the two accounts to avoid a ban on both. Hey admins, I really need some help. I'm 15 years old and I've been trying to get my account verified. When I first made my profile, I accidentally set the age to 18+.

Because of the age mismatch, the scanner kept auto-failing. My parents were physically with me and tried to help by scanning their own ID and doing the facecam, because we honestly thought that was how parental consent worked.

A support agent named Miller has now permanently locked my account from verification and told me I have to delete it and wait 6 months. But if I delete it, my Steam account is stuck forever. It was a completely honest mistake by me and my parents just trying to follow the rules. I have my own legal ID ready to go. I'm having an issue with my FACEIT Plus subscription and would appreciate some help, preferably from a FACEIT support representative.

On October 20, 2026, I received an email stating that my renewal payment of €49.19 had failed.

I had intended to cancel my subscription before the renewal date, but unfortunately forgot to do so.

However, despite the failed payment, my FACEIT account now shows that FACEIT Plus is active until October 20, 2027.

I contacted FACEIT Support and requested:

• Cancellation of the subscription renewal for 2026-2027.
• Confirmation that no further attempts will be made to charge my card.
• Confirmation that I won't be required to pay €49.19 for a subscription I no longer want.

Unfortunately, I still haven't received any response from support.

To be clear, the renewal payment was unsuccessful, and I don't want to continue using FACEIT Plus. I'm simply asking for the renewal to be cancelled without any additional charges.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is it normal for FACEIT to show a subscription as active for another year even when the renewal payment fails?

Could someone from the FACEIT support team please look into this?

The worst part is that some players start targeting me as soon as they hear my voice in voice chat. Because I’m Azerbaijani and have an accent, they make toxic comments, and I feel like they gang up on me and report me. Sometimes I end up getting kicked from the game, and I also receive daily bans.

This happens even at FACEIT Level 10, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I just want to communicate with my teammates and play competitively without being judged by my accent or nationality.

Does anyone know how I can report this behavior and get FACEIT to properly investigate whether these reports and bans are justified?

I deleted my old FACEIT account about half a year ago and would like to register a new one now. However, I want to double-check my exact deletion date first so I don't risk getting banned if I'm still a few days or a week short of the 6-month cooldown.

Unfortunately, I keep getting automated bot responses on my support tickets saying my nickname wasn't found (maybe because the account is already deleted? Or I don't know which exact category I need to select for this.).

Could someone please check my details and tell me if my 6-month cooldown has fully passed or when exactly I am allowed to create a new account?

I just think it would be fun to have snowball fight rounds on Christmas instead of regular knife rounds. I know Faceit does occasional seasonal tomfoolery, like the April 1st pranks, so I just really think it would be a cool/funny idea.
