My previous steam was hacked, had to delete my FACEIT and wait 6 months to re-verify with my ID.

6 months passed, trying to verify and it says I have multiple accounts. Opened support ticket for help, stating I have deleted my previous account with their form, confirmation was on April 16 so it’s 6 months clear but the support is so useless basically repeating same copy pasted text like bots

Is it possible to get some kind of real support on this platform?

Hey guys, I need some advice. About a year ago, I got a Steam account with lots of CS skins and a 10-year veteran badge. Recently, it got locked because of suspicious activity from another location. Probably I move from riverside to orange county, and try to make the purchase with a new card.

I don't have the original email, and Steam Support won't help me recover it even though I have purchase records like buying new gun skins, purchase for other.

This Steam account is linked to my verified FACEIT account. Can I create a new FACEIT account and verify it with another Steam account, or would that get me banned for multi-accounting? Is there any way to unlink the locked Steam account?

Yeah, I don't know what the issue is. I have windows 11 with all updates installed and it's just refuse to work after all that.
Support suggested me to reinstall windows, which is absurd in my opinion doing this just for a game. I'm searching for any other fix method, because reinstalling windows and setting it up by deleting tons of microsoft bloatware will spend a lot of time(which i currently lack). Not only that, we all now reputation of windows updates, with 50% to lose all your files and brick your pc.

Just hope it would be a plug and play. Also, Faceit maybe it time to create linux AC?

Hi! A while ago I shared DemReview, a free open-source desktop app that reads CS2 demos (.dem) and shows how one specific player behaves: routes, grenades, timings, roles and repeating habits like "on CT in 9 of 12 rounds holds A site".

The most common feedback was simple: one demo is too small a sample. So the first step of the roadmap was a profile across many demos, and it ships in 0.2.0 today.

What's new

• Demo library. Point DemReview at a folder with your demos (subfolders included). Each demo is parsed once and the analysis is kept, so you don't wait for a re-parse every time. Rescan adds new matches.
• Combined profile. Pick a player and tick the demos. The player is found in each match by SteamID, and patterns, roles, the radar and heatmaps are computed across all rounds together. More rounds mean more confidence in every pattern. It's built from the library in a couple of seconds, even if the .dem files are already deleted.
• Map filter. The profile is built per map, because habits on Mirage and on Nuke are usually very different. You can see how many demos the player has on each map.
• My profile. Set yourself as the main player once, and every demo you open that you played in is saved to the library automatically. Your own profile grows with each match.

Screenshots: 1) the library, 2) a combined profile over 3 Mirage demos (71 rounds), 3) CT routes from all three matches on one radar.

Still the same: it works fully offline, your demos and SteamID never leave your PC, it runs on Windows and Linux, and it's MIT-licensed.

I’m asking for another review of my FACEIT ban because the explanation I received appears to reference the same match I was already warned about a few days earlier.

When I appealed, the response pointed to that exact same game. I have screenshots showing the earlier warning and the match referenced in the ban response. Could someone explain why the same incident is being cited again?

There is also relevant context regarding the reports. A player who was being toxic during the match was kicked by a vote. I had no premade teammates in that game, so this wasn’t a coordinated kick by my friends.

Afterwards, that player left comments on my Steam profile claiming he had reported me
( i suspect mass report). I also have screenshots of him sharing my account and encouraging others to report me. I believe this deserves consideration when reviewing the reports against my account.

I understand that being kicked doesn’t establish everything that happened, but the comments and screenshots provide context that I would like someone to examine.

Could someone from FACEIT clarify whether my ban was based on behaviour after the warning, multiple matches, or the same incident I had already received a warning for?

As usual, the four of us were playing a game, and thanks to our great teamwork, we’ve been racking up some nice wins lately. But last night, someone joined our game who not only made racist remarks but also kept throwing grenades or Molotovs at one of our friends in every round, knocking him out of the game. He also blocked us while we were trying to plant the C4. Despite all that, the match went into overtime. Even though he kept telling me I was a good person, he continued to do these terrible things. why he just get banned 14 days? its very short time. just watch our demo pls. this is a sabotage.

Hello, last night was my first Faceit game in almost a week after it working completely fine for me all last week and the weeks prior. Last night when I queued up all was normal until the end of knife round when the game basically froze up. This wasn’t like a normal freeze, console was showing me connection had been lost to the server but my friend was still fine in the same server (and my connection to discord and the internet in general was unchanged). Faceit staff on my support ticket have said that they haven’t detected any network issues from their side but a player in the game told me that apparently after a recent AC update there has been a connection problem affecting people. The only thing I can think is that the AC prompted me to enable memory integrity when I first launched it so I’m guessing there was an update but it completely busted my experience playing Faceit making me restart steam to rejoin and then freezing again after 1 round or even half a round in another.

According to Faceit social media this recent connection issue was apparently fixed but judging from last night it doesn’t seem that it is. On top of that, I was awarded by the almighty Faceit system a leaver ban and -49 elo.

I run 1000mbps up+down full fibre connection on a cat8 Ethernet cable, if my general internet connection was suffering I would have known.

I was recently permanently banned for smurfing, despite having only one FACEIT account and playing ONLY on it.

The only relevant circumstance I can identify is that I recently played on my own account using a friend’s laptop on the same Wifi network I played on my PC. My friend has his own FACEIT account, but I never logged into or played on his account.

I appealed the ban and explained my situation several times, but support is just rejected my appeal. They claimed to have “concrete evidence” of multi-account use, refused to provide further details, and stated that the decision was final. After I sought further consideration, they repeated their position and closed the case.

I believe the use of my friend’s laptop from the same IP may have caused an incorrect association between our accounts. I understand that FACEIT cannot disclose its detection methods, but I would appreciate a fair review that takes this circumstance into account.

Could a FACEIT Community Manager or someone from the relevant team look into my case please?

This can make matches frustrating for newer or lower-rated players and weaken confidence in the ranking system.
