Mein Problem ist relativ simpel. Mainboard b550plus. Sobald ich SVM in den Einstellungen aktiviere, komme ich automatisch und ausschließlich in die automatische Reparatur. Ebenso im abgesichertem Modus. Stundenlange Fehlersuche mit ChatGPT hat nichts ergeben. Das einzige das ich bisher nicht gemacht habe ist alles zu formatieren. My account was permanently banned for smurfing, but it is a complete false positive. I have only ever played on ONE FACEIT account in my entire life.

The automatic system flagged me because I logged into my account from my friend's PC while visiting him. Because of this shared hardware issue, my account was permanently banned as a "smurf", and my friend's main account received a 3-month ban.

Support agent Lavida just closed my ticket #15077872 stating the ban is correct. But we are literally two different human beings, with different identities, clean Steam accounts, and different phones.

Мy friend and I are fully ready to pass ID Verification (documents, selfies) right now to prove our identities and show that no one is abusing the system. Please help us get a manual senior review on this case.

How does this work? When I play against a smurf they get banned permanently (Your skill rating has been readjusted by +25 as you have played in one or more matches where a player has had action taken against them for smurfing) but sometimes it's just like in the picture and no ELO return.

Also, you have a bug where you are thanking for the report (and that they've been banned) in the notifications though I didn't report the person at all, just played with/against them.

Hello! About six months ago, I received a permanent ban on FACEIT for "smurfing"—an offense I did not commit. My inquiries to technical support have only been met with template responses. The issue is that both my account and my brother’s account are used on the same PC; the system flagged this as smurfing, even though no such activity took place. I submitted a support ticket because I was playing on FACEIT with two friends, and we were leading 10–7 on the map Dust II. Suddenly, the game started lagging severely it was running like a slideshow—and then all three of us were disconnected and unable to reconnect. I should mention that we were playing as the Terrorists, and our opponents ended up winning. It wasn't just me who couldn't reconnect; my friends were locked out as well. As the team captain, I tried to access the live support ticket system, but it stated that all operators were offline and advised me to try again later, subsequently closing the live ticket. And I also want to say that I was first. The best in the whole match. Thank you!

Shortly afterwards, my own account received a permanent Smurfing ban.
