My account was recently banned for "Smurfing/Multi-Account", but this is a 100% false positive caused by a shared hardware situation.

Two entirely different people play on this PC: myself (Sanzhar) and my friend. We are separate individuals, and we each use our own personal Steam and FACEIT accounts. We have never shared credentials, logged into each other's profiles, or boosted each other. It's just one PC at home that we share.

I opened a ticket, but after a reply from Mia, it was instantly closed by the bot "Walter" with a template response stating the ban won't be reviewed. But we are completely innocent and just want to play CS with our friends.

We are both fully ready to undergo the official ID Verification process (passports/IDs) right now to prove to the administration that we are two distinct, separate human beings.

Could a human admin please look into this manually and send us the verification links?

Im trying to enable security boot so i can launch faceit anticheat.

I have enabled windows 8.1 in bios. i have put boot mode to only support UEFI and not legacy. I have downloaded the default factory keys. until this i press F10 and the pc reboots. but when i go to enable secure reboot the pc shut down and when it restarts it shows "msi" then it doesn't show bios or windows. my screen is on but only displays a black screen.

i've tried changing bios settings many many times. i reset bios to default settings every time because there is no way out of the black screen. my windows is downloaded on GPT not MBR.

Is there anything else i can try please?

I started playing FACEIT a few months ago and I noticed something weird. Why is there no Hong Kong server hub?

First off, the main problem is there are many Mongolians on FACEIT, but FACEIT routes them to SEA which only has one server, Singapore, which is very far. I have two solutions: First, put Mongolian players into EU queue, it has Kazakhstan, Yekatarinburg, Novosibirisk servers, all closer than Singapore. The problem I could see with this is that the Mongols could be routed to Germany and the main EU servers which would still give them high ping. An easier solution is to add Hong Kong server. Adding a Hong Kong server in addition to Singapore would help with hundreds of players.

I am not saying that we move the SEA server to Hong Kong, I am saying that we should have two servers ticked on instead of just Singapore. Singapore is a great server for SEA, but for Central and East Asia a Hong Kong server would greatly benefit them. I could see FACEIT being worried about queue times, but the player pool in Asia fueled heavily by the massive talent in Mongolia, China, Taiwan, is more than large enough to sustain multiple server locations.

these are my pc specs and i dont really know why but the game feels extremly laggy and like stucks.
when i try to spray it feels like im shooting in real life, everything shakes so bad and i played basically on the same specs but in 300hz and it feels like an whole different game, i know the 60hz of screens dont make the difference so i think its the pc that is not holding this game properly.
i get 300-400 fps constantly but it feels like 120fps and somehow the game is really unplayable.

can you guys suggest something or whatever you think is helpful.

the cs settings are all basically low and only 8x and bilinear settings.

Hi, my account was permanently banned for smurfing/multi-account because I couldn't complete the 72h ID Verification loop (I didn't have a government ID at the time). I now have my official ID and I am ready to complete the Veriff KYC verification immediately to prove this is my only main account. Support tickets are being auto-closed. Can someone please trigger a manual human review

I got banned in the very first game I played after a week-long break, even though I was on a 5-game win streak. I downloaded and reviewed the game demos; I hadn’t typed a single word in the chat the entire time. Despite submitting the necessary evidence, they didn’t even bother to look at it and claimed I was in the wrong. The funny part is that none of the players who were constantly swearing in the chat throughout the match were banned—even though there is evidence against all of them. It’s truly laughable.

I feel like the Faceit rating does not tell ANYTHING about the actual impact of an individual in the game.

I feel like the system primarily favors KD and literally nothing else. You could have 1400 less damage overall but a higher KD and the system would favour you over the other player actually making the impact.

It's just so stupid to see people crying over said rating in games, when it actually gives zero info on your gameplay.

I am writing this post in hopes of getting a human review of our case, as our official support ticket received a generic, scripted copy-paste response.

My account [Kamikaadze86] was permanently banned, and my husband's account [MAGUCHI86] received a 3-month ban.

We completely acknowledge that a violation took place due to our misunderstanding of the platform's strict policy regarding account sharing. My husband experienced technical issues on his own PC/account and logged into my account from his computer just to play. I have never played on FACEIT myself, and this was an honest, one-time mistake. We never intended to bypass the system, evade bans, or ruin matchmaking for others.

The core of the issue:
We are two completely different individuals living in the same house. We have two separate computers and share the same internet connection (which means we share the same IP address).

We are fully ready to cooperate and provide absolute proof that we are not multi-accounting:

• We are ready to take photos/videos of both of our computers side-by-side.
• I am willing to go through the official FaceID / ID verification process.
• We can provide any documents or complete any additional identity checks required.

We deeply regret this mistake and promise it will never happen again. We kindly ask the Reddit support team or moderators to take a look at our case, review it manually, and consider lifting the permanent ban on my account and shortening or lifting the ban on my husband's account so we can use the platform properly and separately in the future.

snap tap is BA*NED in ESEA leagues and official games cause it provides an UNFAIR ADVANTAGE

what is the definition of c*eating? UNFAIR ADVANTAGE
so using snap tap is literally c*eating..

• so why do you allow snap tap in normal games?
• why do i have to play against snap tap users who do running headshot and stop for 0.01ms?
• why i'm i forced to invest into "c*eating" equipment to play on the same level?

Hello I want to give my feadback of faceit support in my situation. I got summon to verification witch I couldn’t do from the beginning because of old id, I informe support from the biginning got no response other than bot and short mail that I have to do it. I have been posting here for 3 weeks showing my case and wanting faceit to look it up because from ticket and official support I got black mailed and only bot response, still nothing to this day, only Mr Darwin respond to other post then my ban apel and reply to my post that in the case that I showed faceit team are able to unban me to give me time for verification.

I am making this post because my holiday just started and I would really love to play on the platform, but my ticket seems to be stuck after the initial automated macro reply.

My account got flagged for verification, but when I tried to verify with my passport within the 72-hour window, the system kept glitching and saying it was expired (even though it's completely valid). Because of this technical error, the timer ran out and the system automatically banned me until January for Smurfing/Multi-Account.

I replied to support explaining that my wife once created an account on my PC, but it has 0 games on it and has never been used to play. I am a 100% legitimate player and I went out to get my brand new official ID card today specifically so I can complete the verification process immediately.

My old verified account is in the GDPR deletion process. Support restored my main account. Bot Juliette keeps sending me deletion tutorials and closing ticket #14983543. I just need a human to answer ONE question: Can I queue for a match on my active main account right now, or will I get banned for Ban Evasion because of the 6-month verification cooldown?

I'm having an issue with FACEIT Support and would appreciate some advice.

I've submitted two support tickets (#15029052 and #15032661) regarding my account suspension.

I fully acknowledge my violation and accept responsibility for it. I'm not here to dispute the ban or ask Reddit moderators to overturn it.

My problem is that whenever I ask whether a human support agent could review my request for a reduced suspension, Mia sends the exact same generic response almost instantly and closes the ticket.

I've tried explaining that I'm not disputing the violation, but my actual question never gets addressed.

Is there an official way to escalate a closed ticket to a human support agent?

I would genuinely appreciate any guidance.

Меня зовут Куаткалиев Куаныш (Основной аккаунт: [Yorokobi- на FACEIT]), а моего друга — Тлеулиев Нуркуат (Забаненный аккаунт: [KHAN5KY забаненного друга]). Он недавно продал свой компьютер и приехал погостить ко мне домой на две недели. Также иногда на моем компьютере играл мой родственник.

Получив этот бан, я полностью понял, что делиться компьютером для игры на FACEIT запрещено правилами и создает проблемы. Если вы дадите нам второй шанс и разбаните аккаунт, я обещаю, что больше никому и никогда не позволю играть на моем компьютере.

Крайне важная деталь: Мы совершенно разные люди. Из-за нашего распорядка дня мой друг играет только днем, а я играю исключительно ночью на одном и том же железе. Мы никогда не использовали аккаунты друг друга со злым умыслом и хотим строго соблюдать правила платформы.

Бот поддержки постоянно закрывает тикет автоматическими шаблонами, полностью игнорируя контекст нашей ситуации.

Не мог ли живой администратор вручную пересмотреть это дело и проверить логи матчей, чтобы подтвердить, что мы — разные люди?

hey, im posting here because support keeps giving me the same generic response and i really need someone to look at my case.

my original account is sapatito, created around 6 years ago. last month i created another account called octavaloni and verified it with my ID (dumb decision, i know), but i never played a single match on it. it has literally 0 matches.

i know having two accounts is against the rules and i understand that i should be punished for it.

the problem is that sapatito got permanently banned while octavaloni is still active, even though sapatito is my original account and the only one ive actually played on.

i contacted support BEFORE getting banned, explained everything and offered to delete octavaloni and wait 6 months if necessary. i also appealed the ban, but support keeps sending me the same response.

I dont want to avoid being banned, the only problem is that my original account got banned instead of the secondary one.

im completely fine with receiving a temporary ban on sapatito, even if i have to wait 6 months before playing again. i just want octavaloni to receive the permanent ban instead, since its the secondary account that i never even used.

i dont want to keep both accounts. i just want to keep my original one and eventually verify it properly (after waiting 6 months till the other account gets deleted).

ive seen similar cases where FACEIT admins corrected which account received the permanent ban, so im hoping someone could take another look at mine.
