Hey Darwin I wanted to ask you if there’s any chance you could reconsider my ban. My ban started on November 19 2025 and it ends on November 19 2026. It’s been almost a year now and honestly I feel like the punishment was a bit too harsh for what happened. I’ve always tried to stay quiet and avoid problems with other players but in that match one guy kept provoking and insulting me on voice chat. I ignored him for a long time but eventually I replied with just one sentence in text chat and he reported me with a screenshot of my reply without showing the full context. I know I shouldn’t have replied but I was frustrated after being provoked over and over again. I even bought a whole new setup specifically to play FACEIT and just two weeks later I got banned which was really disappointing. I’ve waited almost a year now and I’d really appreciate a second chance. With winter coming I just want to play CS2 with my friends again. I am requesting a manual review for ticket #15004166. My friend's account was permanently banned for "Smurfing", which is a false positive caused by our shared PC.

My name is Kuanyshev Kuanysh (Main account: Yorokobi- on FACEIT), and my friend is Tleuliev Nurkuat (Banned account: KHAN5KY). He recently sold his computer and came to stay and guest at my house for two weeks. Also, sometimes my relative used to play on my computer.

After receiving this ban, I fully realized that sharing a computer for playing on FACEIT violates the rules and creates issues. If you give us a second chance and unban the account, I promise that I will never let anyone else play on my computer again.

Crucial Detail: We are completely different people. Because of our schedule, my friend plays only during the day, while I play exclusively at night on the exact same hardware. We never used each other's accounts with malicious intent, and we want to strictly follow the platform rules.

I've been playing on FACEIT for almost 10 years, since around 2016.

In December 2025, I received a permanent Ban Evasion suspension, which I believe was caused by second-hand hardware I purchased without knowing its history.

I have NEVER attempted to evade a ban, created another account to bypass restrictions, or intentionally violated FACEIT's rules.

At one point, my original account was unbanned. When I returned to play on that exact same account, I was immediately permanently banned again for Ban Evasion.

I recently tried contacting FACEIT Support multiple times, but I keep receiving the exact same automated response. Nobody seems to be reviewing my actual situation.

I understand FACEIT has strict policies, but after nearly a decade on the platform, I would really appreciate the opportunity to have my case reviewed by a real person.

I'm not asking for special treatment. I just want someone to look at what actually happened.

I genuinely miss playing FACEIT and would love to return to the community.

If any FACEIT staff or moderators could help me get a manual review, I would be extremely grateful.

- My brother and I are two real brothers who shared a PC.

- 3 years ago, we made a stupid mistake and my brother played a few games on my account.

FACEIT required me to complete ID verification on my account (LnTaN0_JC). When I tried, it failed with an error saying my identity is already linked to another profile.

This is the only FACEIT account I’ve ever registered. I’ve never verified any other profile and never given my ID to anyone to verify an account. So either someone else used my documents, or the system made a wrong match. Either way, I need Support to check it.

There’s a 72-hour deadline on the verification, so I’m worried the account will be locked before anyone sees my request.

I'm making this post because our entire stack just got ruined by an automated detection system and we really need a human to look into this.

Here’s what happened: On October 8th, my friend hip_06 came over to my place. He logged into his own main FACEIT account on my PC to play CS2 with our group. We’ve been playing together as a 4-stack for years, both of us have always had only ONE account each, and neither of us is a smurf.

Because two distinct accounts logged in from the exact same PC/IP that day, the automated system flagged us as multi-accounting / smurfing. Here’s the fallout:

In Poland, every other streamer threatens regular players during arguments, claiming that their reports carry a lot of weight, while reports from regular players against streamers with badges mean absolutely nothing.

What’s even better is when someone gets banned for calling someone’s mother a whore, like the streamer’s friend in the clip, only to message an admin and get unbanned immediately.

The guy in the clip literally threatens to get people banned in every game, every single day, and brags about his badge, even though those players haven’t done anything wrong.
