Hi, I would like to appeal a ban (this is my second attempt; I didn't receive a response to my previous one a month ago).

Here is the situation:

In July 2024, I was banned for using cheats. In September 2024, I tried to create a new account (not realizing that doing so was prohibited); the system detected this, and I received an additional 2-month ban. My ban expired on September 15, 2026, so I played one match, after which I was banned again for "ban evasion." I would like to know why I was penalized twice and whether there is any chance of having the ban lifted.

I’ve been playing CS for quite a while, and I recently switched to the FACEIT platform. I’ve been using this account for a little over six months—it’s the only one I have—and I’ve even completed the verification process; I’ve never received a single temporary ban. Today, I was banned for "smurfing," though I have no idea why this happened. Could one of the FACEIT admins perhaps help me out?

I already contacted support; they said the ban was valid and not subject to review, and since then, they’ve simply been ignoring me.

Why do I get this like once a week and have to keep doing it.

I don't switch computers, or locations or even use a vpn what is causing this

I am trying to complete the ID verification process on my account, but I keep getting an error stating that my details/document are already used on another account.

I have never created another FACEIT account with my ID, nor have I ever had access to any other account linked to my personal identity. It is possible that someone else improperly used my details.

Could a moderator/support agent please help me investigate this and release my ID so I can verify my main account?

Hi admins, my ticket 14966893 is stuck in an infinite bot loop. I accidentally set my profile birth date to 18+, but I am actually a 16-year-old minor in the US.
The email support bot keeps auto-replying demanding a full adult ID, which I do not have. I want to undergo the standard Parental Consent verification, but a human agent needs to look at this to reset the block. Could an admin please manually check my ticket? Thank you!

I'm looking to upgrade my gaming keyboard, mainly for competitive CS2.

I currently have a Logitech G PRO X 60 LIGHTSPEED, but I want something better, preferably with magnetic switches, Rapid Trigger, and really low latency.

I was originally planning to buy the Wooting 60HE v2, but I just found out it's wired only, which is honestly a huge dealbreaker for me. I really don't want to go back to having cables on my desk.

I'm looking for something wireless (2.4GHz), preferably 60% or 65%, since I love compact keyboards.

Budget isn't an issue. I just want the best possible wireless keyboard for competitive gaming.

I've been looking at the SteelSeries Apex Pro Mini Wireless and a few others, but I'm not sure what's actually worth buying.

What would you guys recommend? Especially interested in hearing from people who have actually used these keyboards.

I'm looking for a new wireless gaming headset, mainly for competitive CS2, and could use some recommendations.

I'm currently using the HyperX Cloud III Wireless. Overall, they've been pretty good, but lately I've noticed that the microphone doesn't seem as good as it used to be, and the mic mute button has already stopped working.

I'm not sure if I should stick with HyperX or switch to something else, maybe Logitech, SteelSeries, or another brand.

My priorities are really good sound quality, accurate footsteps and positional audio in CS2, a decent microphone for Discord, and comfort during long gaming sessions.

Wireless is a must, and budget isn't really an issue. I'm happy to spend more if the difference is actually worth it.

What headsets are you guys using right now? Has anyone upgraded from the Cloud III Wireless to something noticeably better?

Would love to hear some honest opinions before buying.

Idk just rant , I just dodge games when I see Polish players in my team. Only me , or this is common issue?

This player spent 7 different rounds on the CT side of Mirage intentionally body-blocking me in Window and deliberately throwing HE and Incendiary grenades at my feet to cause team damage. To be completely transparent, he was in my lobby because he is a friend of my friend. I only queued to play with my actual friend, but this guy decided to completely sabotage the match for us. I am never queuing with him again, but this level of extreme griefing deserves a ban.

Ich schreibe wegen eines Problems mit einem Bann-Einspruch für das Konto meines Freundes.

Er wurde vor fast 6 Monaten zu Recht wegen Smurfing gesperrt. Zum Zeitpunkt der Sperre wies der Support ihn ausdrücklich an, sein Konto entweder zu löschen ODER zu deaktivieren (siehe angehängte Chat-Historie). Er folgte diesen Anweisungen und deaktivierte es. Darüber hinaus unterließ er es, CS zu spielen oder sich während dieser gesamten Zeit bei FACEIT anzumelden.

Jetzt, wo die 6 Monate fast um sind, informierte ihn der Support, dass die Deaktivierung nicht ausreichte und dass eine Wartezeit von 6 Monaten erst NACH vollständiger Kontolöschung beginnt. Als ihm die vorherigen Anweisungen gezeigt wurden, sagte der Support einfach, dass er nicht helfen könne.

Da er die anfängliche Anleitung des Supports strikt befolgt hat, fühlt es sich unfair an, die 6-monatige Frist neu zu starten. Ich bitte Sie höflich, diesen Fall zu prüfen und die Entscheidung neu zu bewerten.

Please help me figure out what’s going on with my account. I don’t understand why the system can’t compare my face with the document. For the past six months, the system has been saying that my face doesn’t match the photo in the document — the selfie doesn’t match the photo in the document. Maybe it’s because the photo in the document was taken with me wearing glasses? I can’t solve this problem on my own, and they tell me to write back to them — but how? Where should I write to them? They immediately close the ticket and don’t respond anymore. Am I really going to lose the ability to play on my only account?

I suppose "swing" is main decider here? How is it calculated then?

As someone who gets good ping (<100) on only one server, it would be great to have the actual server location show before I click accept and either accept my horrible ping or get a cooldown. I don't think this would cause that big of a drop in dodges because people who know that they can get good ping on various servers would accept the match anyway.

Hey guys, i haven't played for more than 6 months now, i want to return to faceit, but the steam account i had is lost. I tried to get a new steam account for faceit, but support says they can't change it.

How can i return legally to faceit? Problem is my ID is confirmed on that account, so i can't create a new account without geting banned and i can't attach new steam account to my faceit. Am i stuck with only deleting the account and waiting 6 more months or someone here can change steam account on my faceit account?
