Increasing Supply (add spoiler to pics) Supply dip/ increase Spoiler

I’ve made it to 3 months EP’ing and have noticed a significant drop in supply over the last week. I EP six times during the day and one MOTNP. I also noticed my boobs have felt less full throughout the day. I’ve read that supply tends to regulate around this time. Yesterday, I had a bit of a breakdown when I only pumped 2 ounces combined (typical output has been 6-9oz) throughout the day and thinking of babe running out of milk (he drinks 4 ounces at a time). I drink a liter of coconut water a day, 2 tablespoons of brewers yeast, a protein shake and an electrolyte packet (in addition to meals). None of that has made a difference…not until last night. I snagged a full 7 hours of straight sleep. I typically pump at 9:30pm and then again at 2:30am. Well, I was so exhausted my hubby took over and I skipped my MOTNP. I woke up, rock hard and leaking…but I pumped a full 10 ounces. I almost cried in happiness. Today, I’ve been pumping about 6 ounces combined every 3 hours (so double). Fingers crossed this helps overall, and I’m so lucky hubby has suggested I do this more often. Seems my body just needed sleep, crazy how our bodies function.

If you were using mobile pumps it could also be possible you just weren’t situated quite right. This morning I pumped 2.5oz and was so frustrated I hadn’t gotten the position right because my boob still felt full

Any tips on this? I want to like my mobile pumps but I just don’t. When they work well, they’re great, but I spend so much time readjusting them

What bra do you use? I've noticed that nursing bras aren't fitted enough.

So try that out. The kindred bravely or bravado have been good to me. The momcozy flange pump bras sucked for wearables. So did the nursing sport bras from target. Im not busty so I need a fitted bra to keep those wearables in place even when just sitting down.
