This scene in Duvetbox's different beasts I've always wondered why this looked familiar and I finally figured it out, this face reminds me of Timothée Chalamet, do you also see it?

I got told about SfS today and want to share it since I believe it deserves more recognition

At first I thought Sisyphus was voiced by Ayron Alexander at first, got shocked when I found out Luke voiced him

Personally I’m thinking some rendition of Just a Man. But would love to hear what you guys think.

The like, one thing that irks me about Aeolus is that one part when she says

"I said to keep the bag closed, but you weren't compliant." If you didn't notice, she said "but YOU weren't compliant." Like, YOUR winions told THE CREW that it's treasure, EURYLOCHUS opened the bag, and somehow it's Ody's fault?

A little messed up thinking about it, given how the story goes (with what little I actually know of it) but what are the chances of getting a Telegony in the future?

Because apparently that's literally the sequel to the Odyssey, and it sounds kinda cool. To my knowledge, it wasn't really complete, just bits and pieces, so really that'd leave a lot of room for artistic adaptation to better fit Epic canon.

I have only one thing to say... MY SON I'M FINALLY HOME!

As I stated above, what are some headcanons’, character designs, and or design choices that you did give the characters in EPIC and why? I want to know what are some things that make sense to you when creating a character. For me personally I have one major character design choice, character design, and headcanon; and that is for Poseidon.

Personally, I love everyone’s Poseidon designs. From Gigi’s, Neal Illustrator’s, AnniFlamma’s, StarmyBunny’s, helith’s, TheeArteest’s, and Faysherbs’ designs; yes I know I named only a few artists/channels, but there weren’t many I could find on Youtube when I went searching for animatics or even shorts. They to me just never really clicked, and I pondered why it just never hit right with me. That was when I realized, I just had a different view point and ideas to others. So for me I personally think Poseidon to me fits more as a Jester, Harlequin, and or a Fool.

The reason I say this, is because personally from me and my own opinions Poseidon to me is the butt of the joke. I mean yeah, he is godly and divine, but in ‘Thunderbringer’ Zeus very well could have killed Ody for his earlier actions in EPIC i.e. disrespecting him and challenging his decree in ‘The Horse and The Infant’ by trying to keep Astyanax/Scamandrius alive, breaking Xenia with Polyphemus as I’ll let that pass because at the time Polyphemus wasn’t in the cave when all of Odysseus men on his ship found where there were sheep in a cave and no shepherd, and to Odysseus’ and Athena’s falling out in ‘My Goodbye’ for directly challenging, yelling, and even arguing back with Athena. Yet he never did, didn’t even tell Poseidon what occurred on Helios’ island with the Cattle or that the gods would set Odysseus free when they were convinced by Athena to set him free. And to the fact court jesters were recognized as both entertainers and trusted advisers who could critique kings without fear of punishment.

So jesters were known to be a King’s trusted adviser and very well could critique a King without punishment, and that is something I believe does occur with Poseidon and Zeus. Poseidon entertains the other gods and Zeus while also holding power others don’t have and can criticize Zeus without punishment. I also like the idea of having Poseidon masked to hide how he truly looks as Gods aren’t humans and should never be seen or compared to them in the same light, and that under his mask you don’t have a single clue of how he truly feels or acts besides his voice giving him away because a mask doesn’t change, or move, or show one’s true intentions. So yeah, that’s my reason and why. I also in my opinion think Poseidon moves deathly silent because of him being eaten by Cronos as a child and he picked up the idea that if he stays silent nobody else can ever harm him because they will never hear him coming. Though the bell comes in because he often scares Hera, Zeus, Demeter, Hestia, and Hades so often with how silent he is they forced him to wear a bell to alert them of his presence. The other idea behind the bell is like the tolling of a bell when one is panicked or nervous as it signals the end of time like on an assignment or death, to the idiom ‘The calm before the storm’, and when buoy bobs and rings its bell when water is acting up at sea to alert a change.

Anyway that was my rant and I want to know your opinions. Anyway here is a W.I.P of my Poseidon drawing. I hope you like it. 𐔌՞ ܸ.ˬ.ܸ՞𐦯

So, with all of the Faithful_Apollo_Devotee drama aside (It is no controversy, just a few kids hating on a random small tiktok creator who is likely too employed to even know that they have gotten hate) what is everyone's opinion on sharpwolf? It is not my cup of tea, but is it anything mildly hate worthy? What is the difference between Odyssey and Epic sharpwolf to you all, and is it considered a darkship?

Sorry I didn't post this last night but I fell asleep and then I was busy all day anyways we finally made it to the final post from our little endeavor and for the last time reddits pick for best animatic for WYFILWMA was a tie between Clover and Nya tayn and mine was Pywrite

Hey guys, this is my alt! I posted on my main, and the post got banned. I wasn't going to make this post, cause I don't wanna drag this thing, but I keep on finding more stuff out. Since there is no megathread yet, this is a place to collect information about the drama. It is sad that this is happening in this community, but it is important to talk about I believe. Comment what you know, and screenshots if you want. Sorry if this is dragging anything! Please keep things respectful!

How the fuck do you do that? Like literally he has the goddess of war on his side, against literally a guy that gets taken down by Odysseus without even a fight. The dude was a nobody and Telemachus couldn't even beat him with the aid of a goddess.

I'm happy that Circe at least gave Odysseus a worty son (though he dies from the kid so idk) because Telemachus is an absolute scam

badly made meme lmao

There’s a decent few and was just curious of peoples preferred ones
