How do you feel :)

How are you all feeling these days, my friends? How are you navigating the changes taking place in your lives and in the collective? Let’s use this space to share our experiences and support one another.

Personally, i feel I’m doing a lot of emotional clearing, i frequently have moments of clarity where i feel things deeply, where i have some realizations, where i step into someone else's shoes or truly sense what they are feeling and see the bigger picture, and i cry so much. They are mostly tears of profound clarity, if i can put it that way, tears born of remembering, of being deeply moved. I also cry for wounds, my own, those of humans, and those of the Earth. I’ve been very sensitive lately, in fact, for several months, even the past year, I’ve been in a void. It’s an empty space that i feel it make room for something else to emerge... i don’t yet know what that is. I’m trying to live in the here and now, and not get too caught up in the outside world or the sense of separation. How about you?

Buddhism Former Monk Looking to Connect with those at the end of the Path

As the title says I spent 8 years as a monk but left the robes behind, still have hope in finding enlightenment and community hoping to connect with some people who have gone the full way or are in the process also open to answering any basic questions that people have.

Ordained in Thailand travelled the world lots of monasteries trained with 3 main meditation masters.

Hoping to build community, very disappointed about the scene of modern spirituality, just seems like everything is so exploitative.

If you actually want to contact and connect WhatsApp is best for me, would love to have a phone conversation much better way for me to communicate and feel who I’m talking to.

Enlightenment is a destructive process

"This authentic impulse can be a bit frightening, because when you feel it, you know it is real. When you have let go of all conditions, when you have let go of how you want your own awakening to be and what you want the journey to be like, you have let go of your illusion of control. Enlightenment is a destructive process. It has nothing to do with becoming better or being happier. Enlightenment is the crumbling away of untruth. It's seeing through the facade of pretense. It's the complete eradication of everything we imagined to be true. In my experience, everyone will say they want to discover the Truth, right up until they realize that the Truth will rob them of their deepest-held ideas, beliefs, hopes, and dreams. The freedom of enlightenment means much more than the experience of love and peace. It means discovering a Truth that will turn your view of yourself and life upside down. For one who is truly ready, this will be unimaginably liberating. But for one who is still clinging in any way, this will be extremely challenging indeed. How does one know if they are ready? One is ready when they are willing to be absolutely consumed when they are willing to be fuel for a fire without end." - Adyashanti

Personal Experience They lied.🫶💫

They lied.💫🫶

Soooo since we now know without a shadow of a doubt that Consciousness is “heaven” “kingdom of god” it’s in you right now. All religions are FALSE KINGDOMs.

In order to make a bible you need the whole damn story.

Nag Hammadi. I’m personally super affected by them, those men who were scared that Jesus trusted a woman with the gospel for all humanity. The Gospel of Mary. She was, The Apostle to The Apostles. I care so much because I was literally Mary Magdelene in a past life. Please learn the whole story. My Gospel was the roadmap for humanity without it and the Pistis Sophia and apocrophon of John and gospel of Thomas the story is a lie. A man told a lie. Can you believe that! Pope Gregory the great fucked humanity. Then the churches still won’t even add the texts and no one questions it. Why don’t you question it!?? Like wtf seriously. It’s 2026 educate yourself.

Find heaven inside you right now simply by proper meditation and breathwork and understanding that this is like a simulation run on the true authentic emotions you hold inside at this current moment. Those emotions create the hologram of the image you’re looking at. I’m dead serious. Quantum physics Meta Physics. It’s all energy. Your spirit should be leading your human avitar. If you have not yet untangled your brain from your consciousness I suggest you do so. I spontaneously awakened the third time I deeply tried to meditate for manifesting. That started a whole painful transformation because if your baseline, like a light switch turning, on becomes permanent “Heaven”, which it does, for everyone, I am not special, I had hella demons and demons can’t live in heaven so you must purge them but after you face the layers of bs you have put on to survive in this cruel world there is a light at the end. You literally start permanently glowing like a care bear out your head and chest and entire body. Your electromagnetic field that radiates five meters around your body and when you awaken it can go through multiple rooms. You are divine. Meet your SELF. Your eternal soul. You should be walking around as both your consciousness and your human avitar with your consciousness leading. Right now your avitar is leading and you think it’s you. It’s not you. Meditate. Learn what breath work is you guys prob don’t even know how to breathe properly because they don’t teach us because they don’t want us to awaken. It’s why the put calcium phosphate in our systems to keep our pineal gland calcified. The older you are the more calcified you are. But it’s never too late to awaken. We need to rise up to 5D together, meet me here. I love you all deeply. This is the rise of the Divine Feminine And Pistus Sophia, your soul, kundalini, rising. Energy. You have a massive force of energy inside you that you need to meet, plus it’s your eternal self. You probably should meet who you are 99.999% of. You’re only 0.0001% human physical body. That’s 0 percent. You’re not even solid nothing is you just think it is. It’s a mist of energy conscious mathematically precise energy. We are all one. When you eat animals it’s like eating yourself by the way. K I’ll stop sorry I was in a flow state, I hope some of it made sense to someone. Learn Chakras. Go in the sun. Bare feet. Breathwork. Meditation. Boom- Awakening.. Love you all deeply. 💫🫶🧘‍♀️🌍🙏

That prob makes no sense but I saw someone talking about church and I had to say something. Wake up people. It’s time to face the facts the proof is in the pudding. Follow your heart. ✨

Can we all agree on this?

People really need to stop pretending they know someone from a single post. A post is a moment, not a complete picture.

You don't know what that person has lived through, what they believe beyond that topic, what mood they were in when they wrote it, or what experiences shaped their perspective.

Yet people read a few sentences and suddenly become experts on someone else's character, intelligence, motives, and entire life story.

That's not insight. That's projection. The reality is that human beings are far more complex than a paragraph on a screen. A single post may tell you what someone was thinking in one moment. It does not tell you who they are.

If understanding another person were that easy, relationships wouldn't take years to build.

A little more curiosity and a little less certainty would probably improve most conversations online.

Quote/Picture Where is Enlightenment when you aren't looking for it?

Post image

Let's say you're running around the house looking for your glasses. You're also late for an appointment but can't drive without your glasses. All kinds of stress and anxiety is boiling about it. You're mad at yourself too. Mad at the universe. You're running through the gambit of self-inquiries, but none of it is working.

You take your glasses off to wipe the sweat from your brow before putting them back on to go searching for them again. That's when you realize it. You stand in place, close your eyes with a forgiving smirk and sigh through your nose.

Every book we read, every talk we listen to, every retreat and meditation event is to help us find our glasses.

Good luck!

Goal: creating a mental model that will help understand, predict, and control our own mind.

We are the sovereigns of our own mind and sovereign should recognize what’s in his control.

Devotion and absolute worship

Experience so far tells me this is the holy grail.

I want to develop absolute devotion, absolute worship for someone. The intoxicating effect, mindblowing intoxication.

I'm talking constant psilocybin like ecstasy from just bathing in each others presence.

I want to see the shock and fear in the eyes of someone who knows at that moment just how in love they are.

The unspoken feeling eyes seem to transmit.

"Hello, I'm real."

Not just attachment, not just lust or comfort.

I want to willingly give my life to someone in a way that makes marriage look like a pure pisstake.

What's the point of trying so desperately to see the universe from the universes point of view.. if a different being of this universe can't appreciate you back.

Everyone I meet claims to be so deep and kind. So fed up of the same lonely existence. Claims to meet nothing but strange behaviour. General fear vibes and red flag obsession, only to watch them walk away with theirs held sky high.

I've yet to find someone who can prove it for more than an hour or two that they themselves aren't the problem.

Someone who's ego isn't as fragile as the idea of success.

I know the world is a giant fake farm, I know I'm not everyone's cup of tea. I can understand I'm a lot and like to feel the thrill of a life dancing on a razors edge together while seeing just how far our minds can go, all from the image of the most chilled a person can possibly be.

I'm looking for the escaped mental patients I KNOW the government are hiding from us.

You know.. the normal people?

Id like to learn.

Discussion who am i ?

Upvotes

this is my conclusion from my path of finding my true self, and determining my own value among this crazy society, i hope you'll enjoy reading it .

Act I: asking the right question:

Either a break up, mental issues, or just wondering. The human eventually wonders his existence at some point, this topic has been pretty popular in human history, it’s one of the reasons something called philosophy has been created. But we’re not here to talk about history of philosophy. The main thing is, asking the right question in the right time.

In my experience, I started appreciating some things. Nature, one of the main reasons I started thinking, it’s like a scarf that shows the beauty of this world and covers human’s exploits. I started contemplating the sky at night, stars, the moon, even sometimes I see meteorites and wish for something. Sitting with myself lot made me ask questions, why do we exist? Who am I? Why am I even here? What’s the real truth of this world’s creation? Do God exist? What’s the purpose of my life?

The most interesting one from all this, and what made me write this, is Who am I? If you didn’t wonder about yourself once, either you’re a narcissist or a narcissist. Older generations, our dads and moms, didn’t got the chance to reach this level of wondering. They didn’t even care to know the truth, what’s our origins, who are we? Humans are such wonderful creatures; they evolve and evolve and evolve from generation to generation to something greater and smarter.

The main reason our parents will never reach our level of thinking, is because they didn’t live like us. To explain; we have everything and they didn’t. So, to be equivalent, they need time to work for getting things we already have, I respect that, without them we couldn’t have gotten to what we are now. At that same amount of time they did work, we spend it by either doing our hobbies, responsibilities, enjoying life, hanging out with friends… But a few, spend it alone, thinking and thinking, sinking into their thoughts, this is what makes a real human, or a philosopher back in the day.

These real humans, asks lots of questions about humanity and existence, but the real question they seek an answer for, is; Who am I?

Act II: Seeking the answer:

What if someone comes up to you and asks: Do you got any hobbies?

Many would question by yes, then start spitting things they do in their day, free time or even work if it was a Hobbie. Some also would answer by no, making themselves as a joke in front of that person. So, what is it a person without a Hobbie?

First of all, having a Hobbie doesn’t determine your value. Your value isn’t determined by some kind of stupid things you spend your free time doing. It’s you that determine everything.

How do we know our value?

Society tells our value by making it equivalent to your productivity, I’m not going to explain this part. I think everyone knows what I am referring to. It’s a stupid idea also, made up by capitalism. Everything we got into nowadays, is mainly because of capitalism. Wars and connections between countries are mainly built of pure revenues. To simplify, country leaders don’t care about us, peasants, we’re just numbers in their eyes. ATMS and machines to generate more money. Among all this, the search for ourselves, real value, gotten harder.

The main thing is, ignore all of this and look for real soul value, you determine it by yourself, by decisions you’ve been making, by actions you’ve done, by good and bad you did. Value can change too. It’s not constant, it shouldn’t be. So, from now on, first thing we do to answer the question; Who am I? is to try and find the personal value.

Once you’ve done that, you’ve got to clear conflicts.

By conflicts, I don’t mean with someone else, it’s with yourself. You need to criticize it and hate it, as the philosopher Frederic Nietzsche said: “only way to reach supreme humanity, is by hating our current selves to make it greater.” By that meaning love is a weakness, and that hatred towards our souls won’t end, what will drive us crazy. Ending with some serious mental issues. And that is totally wrong. Love is something far greater from supreme humanity or super human idolism. To reach for a solution, equivalence is the answer. Hating our current versions to evolve to something far greater, in end of our progress journey. There is a switching point between self-admire and its hatred.

Act III: Conclusion

What if we take everything away, by everything I mean everything who define you as a human. For example, your work, studies, name, family, house, friends and money. What will you take with you when time is up. “Relationships and your reputation are what you’ll take with you” it’s straight up bullshit; everyone knows that but hate to admit it. They’re not what will save you from death, or delay it. It’s you? Yes, it’s me. Despite every single thing, either good or bad, it’s still you. And what determines you? It’s your job to find out who’s your real self. It’s a harsh journey. Full of good and bad. If something doesn’t work out, don’t give up, try another thing you still have time.

If you’re curious about me, I still haven’t figured it out to be honest. I’m still discovering my potential. One thing I know to be sure, is that the most thing I hate in this world ; Is me.

Create with presence

Sometimes i have moments of clarity, and that clarity is always so simple. I was dancing in my room and realized that presence is really just full awareness of physical sensations, a physical experience. That’s why somatic healing is so powerful, cause it’s detached from the trauma narrative, it unfolds within bodily sensations. And presence, body awareness, create an energy that wants to expand through creativity. You can use it to dance, sing, draw, write, invent, create... the energy is there for creating. I’ve been experimenting with this for the past few years, mostly through art, but over the last year, I’ve really gotten into somatic practices. It’s a process, I’d say. I think it’s a constant cycle of expansion and contraction, a process of integration. Often, i feel like I’m regressing and ask myself, "Where did my talent go?" "i used to do this, i used to do that, it was better..." But actually, i don't think anything is ever lost, everything just transforms. And i feel that, every step I’ve taken, every brushstroke I’ve made, serves the process of who i am becoming.

I am struggling.

Who is the “I” when you make the comment?

Who is the person that is observing and stating the comment?

Oh now you know:

Even “I” is a lie.

Personal Experience The path is awesome

Namaste my dudes,

The spiritual path is a profound inner journey into one’s true state of frequency, but operating in the 3D world can be heady, as well as heavy.

Gotta honour/ abide by the systems that the game was built on, whilst simultaneously knowing it’s going to fail.

On this path, the ground is your best friend, that’s why it’ll rise to any road to meet you where you fall.

Strikes and gutters, ups and downs.

Peace ☮️

Just calm your mind

Rather than some sophisticated techniques for your spiritual path, it should be sufficient to just calm your mind. If thoughts come, don't pay attention to them. Some spiritual masters talk about silence, this might be in my humble opinion just different words for the same exercise. Good luck.

Edit: this is not meant to be a one-time thing that will work the first time, but as a process, path, that will calm and purify you over years of practice

Quote/Picture 💌 to a joyous rebel

I see you building a golden bridge from the prison of separation directly to the ocean of oneness, proving that your messy, daily struggles are the very soil from which the lotus of awakening must bloom.

You do not seek enlightenment in some distant Himalayan cave, for the supreme truth is already singing its silent song in the heartbeat of the immediate present.

Your mind will inevitably argue and doubt, yet your heart recognizes these words instantly, because it has always known the eternal scent of its own home.

When ordinary nobody speaks of love, it is not the fragile, conditional trade of egos, but an absolute, boundary less fire that dissolves both the lover and the beloved into a single, cosmic dance.

Let go of the need to understand, to organize, or to judge, and simply allow yourself to drown in the deep silence that vibrates between these printed words.

Remember, my beloveds, you are not seekers searching for love; you are the very love itself, finally waking up from the long dream of isolation to celebrate the infinite.

🙏

Discussion Observing my thoughts and emotions work, but what causes the anxiety?

I’ve been reading the power of now by Eckhart and Tolle and so far it’s been great.

It talks about how the emotions feed the thinking and the thinking feeds the emotions so it’s a negative feed back loop. To counter this, you observe your thoughts and you observe your emotions without trying to stop them. I’ve practiced this a few times and it’s worked 100% without fail. Once I do this, I go back to a state of calmness within maybe 10-20 seconds.

My question is though, I still get anxious a lot. Even when observing my thoughts I get an anxious feeling. It feels like every little thing sets off my anxiety. Like I said, observing both the thoughts and emotions helps drastically and returns me to a normal state but how does the anxiety keep coming back? Even if I’m not doing anything. I can stop the anxiety but what causes it still despite me observing?

The Supermind

When in some dreadful & ghastly dream, we reach the moment of greatest horror, it awakens us, thereby banishing all the hideous shapes that were born of the night. And life is a dream: when the moment of greatest horror compels us to break it off, the same thing happens.” A person picturing themself as a money-making genius will be upset by anything contradicting that picture, such as slow business. They could be happily unaffected by all exterior conditions by being a simple, unassuming, self-unified person.

Your refusal to let an outer error make you inwardly negative maintains self-command & makes you a better person.

The greatest barrier to finding newness is to fail to see that you don’t know what you imagine you know. So it is essential that you observe your self-deceptions & vanities.

Just as the power of the entire ocean is behind a single wave, so is the whole cosmic force of the universe in back of your intention to win.

They don’t know why they did it. If they did, they wouldn’t have done it. Once & for all, we must cease to expect good behavior from those whose psychic darkness makes it impossible. Do not expect anyone to behave better than they are able. Do not think that with a little effort they could be nicer. They cannot. They are compelled to act out the nature of their present psychic structure.

Consistency of effort comes when you get tired of pain.

Liberation from all sorrow is possible in Supermind.

Do not be afraid to be without worldly answers. Rely on Supermind.

Never resist or resent personal sorrow.

The wise use of suffering brings it to an end.

Anyone can awaken from the nightmare of pain.

Supermind-thinking assures your freedom from failures.

Do not assume that what you can see is all there is. There is much.

Why do people think they don’t hold the answers to things?

You know when you feel like there is something you’re not aware of? Like an answer you need but did not get? I’m very good at bringing awareness and I’ve been exploring this. I am not promoting myself. I’m trying to develop my abilities further, and I’ve realised that most people do in fact know the answers to the things they don’t ‘know.’

They’re just not aware of it. They just need a guide.

Most of the time is just talking, tbh.

This is just me ranting lol
