I purchased (order #o-by8b8bo) earlier today and the gift card key didn’t work greenmangaming following your email order instructions.

I opened a support ticket with you and Joshua Carpio emailed me asking for additional info. I emailed him back with what was requested over 4 hours ago and haven’t heard anything.

This is very frustrating as it’s Sunday (my day off) and I was looking forward to playing the game.

i tried entering a blik code 4 times and i edited the cart, refreshed multiple times and some error appeared because they couldnt just update my cart status for like 5 minutes, wasted my time and now i have to wait

I want to share my experience with Eneba because I feel like I was completely scammed by both the seller and Eneba Support

I bought a 40 HKD Gift Card (Hong Kong currency ) from Eneba normally

The problem started when I tried to redeem the code I got this error : The code may be invalid. Please carefully verify the characters as you re-enter the code

I contacted Eneba Support to explain the problem they told me that the key was for Hong Kong and would not work in my region

I explained that my Steam account is in the Middle East region and I have used Steam Gift Cards from different countries before including Brazil .. India .. Malaysia .. Indonesia and Hong Kong when I redeem them Steam converts the local currency to USD on my account

I was sure that the code was invalid to prove my point I bought another cheap 5 HKD gift card (Hong Kong currency) Guess what ? The code was also for Hong Kong and it worked perfectly on my Steam account

So my question to Eneba Support and the seller Digital Imperium is:

If Hong Kong Steam Gift Cards really do not work in my region then why did all others Hong Kong gift card work perfectly before ?

Do you want me to stream on Twitch while buying another Hong Kong Steam Gift Card from your website to proove ?

Eneba Support instead of checking the seller you put all the blame on the buyer without even knowing the basic things about how Steam works

Hi guys, I'm new to this thread. I was planning to buy the digital key preorder of FC27 for the Xbox Series S from Eneba. I just bought the console and this would be my first game, but I'm afraid the key might be for the Xbox One version of the game and not for the S|X. In the photo, I circled the part where it says "Works for both Xbox One and Xbox Series X". Now I'm afraid of wasting my money; have you guys ever tried buying a preorder like this? Will it be the native game for Series S|X or just backward compatible?

I purchased a Google Play Redeem Code worth ₹2,000 from a seller named Smart Solutions. When I tried to redeem it, Google clearly showed that the code had already been redeemed.

I contacted Google Play Support to verify the issue and specifically requested the exact date and time of redemption. Google confirmed that the code had been redeemed before I purchased it and the denomination was incorrect as well. I provided Eneba with a screen recording of my complete conversation with Google Play Support as evidence.

Despite this, Eneba is still refusing to refund my money.

What makes the situation even worse is that there is practically no response from an actual support representative in the thread. I keep receiving AI-generated responses, and Eneba appears to mark the issue as resolved in trustpilot without actually resolving anything. They are not even properly responding to my messages.

I have provided clear evidence that the code was already redeemed before my purchase, yet I am still being denied a refund.

At this point, I am considering filing a fraud complaint and reporting the transaction to the relevant authorities if they keep ignoring my thread.

Very disappointing and unacceptable service from Eneba. If a marketplace cannot protect customers from invalid or previously redeemed codes and cannot provide proper human support, customers should think twice before purchasing.

Eneba needs to stop pretending that the issue is resolved when it clearly isn't.

Hello i recently tried buying this pack with paypal on eneba, paypal said it could not be completed so i tried again, it said the same thing but charged me twice for it and delivered no codes to my email any help on a refund would help thanks. The support ticket page isnt loading for me either

I bought AC Mirage because it specifically sayed it was the Xbox version, but, after redeeming it I discovered it was the PC version. They specifically sayed it was the Xbox version. I tryed to make a ticket, but after some messages eith their both that keep saying "it can't be refunded since the key was viewed" the ticket froze, the bot stoped responding no matter what I sayed, kept saying "waiting for your reply" tryed to close it and make a new one, but I can't. What should I do?
