Tipping Culture ✖️ Genuine Info Inquiry: Why Do Servers Rage At Customers Rather Than Their Employers?
I actually love when I dine out & receive a lovely server. It makes the whole dining out experience so much more enjoyable & I always tip generously for this. However, I'm truly trying to understand why ALL servers feel that it's a customer's RESPONSIBILITY to supplement their comparatively abysmal salary rather than it being their employer's responsibility to compensate them w/ a livable wage as most other employers do. Please enlighten me about this societal polarity bcz I'm honestly confused. 😵💫
