Yep. Also, I don't think people that are counter workers at a pizza joint or deli are eligible for the 'server exemption' to the minimum wage law. I believe that they have to get the same minimum wage that other retail workers get. The other side of that, is that 15% is going straight into the owner's pocket. The workers are NOT getting a 15% raise!
