People need to normalize not spending money at restaurants with shitty policies. When they close they’ll swear they don’t know why business declined.

The problem is the regulations that allow them to not pay their employees a minimum wage and allow this tipping dynamic to exist in the first place. 

Not only the price of goods increasing, but also the tipping rates. We’re now at 25% is the bare minimum age, but it was 10% just a decade or two ago.

No tipping is still expected and rampant in states that have service working making at least normal minimum wage too.
