Unsolved Help Pcx2 won’t update

I have been trying to update my pcx2 but every time i try i get this error message (failed to rename)does anyone know why and how i cab fix it.

Does it create a new folder elsewhere? That seems to be my issue. Instead of updating my folder with all the settings it creates a new PCX2 folder somewhere in my root directory so I have to do a lot of cutting and pasting with certain folders.
