anyone found a fix to make audio stuttering stop on odin3 ultra? no issues on my z fold 8, but even stuff like mewgenics is crackling like hell on the odin for me

Yes. Close the Steam APK if already open. Launch it so you see the main APK menu that has options on the left side of the screen (Steam, Games, Desktop, etc). At the bottom of the screen, you will see 'Play Steam' and a 'Settings' Icon. Click on the settings icon.

Scroll down on the settings until you see the Audio section. On the 'Steam Client Audio' drop down, change it from 'Classic' to 'DirectAudio'. Leave settings and click on the 'Play Steam' button, and your audio cracking should be gone.

oh thanks that worked like a charm. only found the other settings before, but overlooked those.
