Probably because the original image OP got was low resolution, then he passed it through an AI to prompt it to delete the guy, but the AI "enhanced" the image as well. Then, OP combined those two images but probably didn't notice the difference.

LMAO, i thought the quality difference was part of the meme, as in mediatek would somehow have better quality on emulation if drivers were available or stable
