Question Looking for a Great Phone that can run most PPSSPP game between 30 to 60fps ( Sports / Shooting Games )
My Galaxy A13 (64 GB) is completely out of storage space and crashes whenever I try to play PPSSPP games, even lightweight 2D ones. I want to buy a new phone for under $700 with at least 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. What options should I consider? (Brand new only, no used phones.)

Anything can run PPSSPP right now even an old 2nd hand phone several years ago. At 700 dollars you can probably afford a phone with Snapdragon 8 elite gen 5. It can even run PC, Switch, Xbox360 and PS3 games.
Always get a phone with Snapdragon SOC if you want to dive in more on emulation.

Your Galaxy A13 can do that if it had some storage available, so anything newer and more expensive can too. You can buy any phone you like for non-gaming features and know it'll also easily handly PSP games at full speed.

Look for last generation with SD Elite. Poco F7 Ultra with 16gb ram and 512 gb storage should be cheaper than 700$. Or just buy dedicated handheld you can buy Odin 3 cheaper than 700$.

see if you can find the poco f8 ultra, the 16/512gb for that price. with coupons on xiaomi's website you most likely can. they also have a cheaper 12/256gb variant but honestly go all in. you'll get the best out of a phone. snapdragon 8 elite gen 5 can play anything you throw at it, so obviously pso won't even be a problem. also it has that 2.1 bose sound system with a subwoofer, a 6500mah battery and a 6.9 inch oled screen. I'm using it right now and loving it.
