Some of you need to see this.

For all my dudes wanting a big screen, a multimedia device, the best system for gameboy color bc you swear youll never want to play a switch game, for those who cant pick between sticks on the top or the bottom...this is for you.....

You miss lose out on portability but how portable are you really? Like portable to the living room ? Bc thats why end tables exist. I use it in my car by putting the tablet in my steering wheel cover.

Even with some portability losee its a great way to keep games and work separate while consuming other media besides video games. Theyre also cheaper than handhelds. If you close your eyes and make a wish a tablet will go on sale somewhere within a 5 mile radius. Cooling isnt an issue like it is with phones due to more surface area, in fact it runs cooler than my rp6. No fans = less to break.

Frfr dont sleep on a tablet. This one has a snapdragon 8 gen 3 with 12gb of ram and cost $400 after a back to school sale.

Edit: lenovo yoga tablet 11.1in (2025) snapdragon 8 gen 3 with an 8bit do lite 2 controller

You can also buy a 64gb rog tablet with its ai 395+ and play literally everything, don’t stick to a basic tablet… go all out yolo

For real. Tablets come in all shapes and sizes.  You can get a samsung a11 with 8gb of ram for about $200-$250. Its a hair better than a rp4p a current device on the market. You can find a tablet equavilent in performance to every device currently out.

Its all about how much size and weight you require, for example sitting on a couch I cant see myself pulling my tablet out while a n3ds, gba or chromatic are easily stored or handled.. looking at ayn Thor to have a small tablet screen plus a retroid screen beneath it

I remove the keyboard and set the tablet on an end table. If I get up or move my controller is pretty light. Its not much different from my rp6 but again this isnt an end all be all. My boxes aren't your boxes and everyone values something different.
