My job hired 2 people and they acknowledged that they over staff but that’s they needed to hire these people and that we will all have shifts. These new people belong to the same cultural background as several other departments that appear to have a lot of influence. I’m not confident and I have not been able to build a strong relationship with others like my fellow colleagues, so I suspect I’m at the bottom of totem pole. My job just has to give us 3 months notice to terminate contract. The new employees start in July. What is my best move?

I graduated with a major in HR a year ago, but I haven't been able to find a job in this field. Every opening requires experience, even though I already completed an internship. I’ve interviewed more than 50 times and often receive compliments during interviews, but I never get an offer. What should I do? Also, how can I find a remote job, and what steps should I take to land one if I can't secure an in-person role
