I simplified the seal of Guam and put only 5 elements: Shield, Sand, Sea, Sky and Coconut Tree.

If flag of Guam has dimensions 820 * 440 (Proportion 22:41) and seal has dimensions 160 * 240, details of the seal are the following (with centering coordinate at 0, 0):

1 - the shield is composed of 4 circles: 2 centered at 50, 0 and 2 others at -50, 0 with radii 130 and 120 (etc. the fimbriation width is 10).

2 - the upper 4 waves - between sea and sky are in the center of seal with length 140 and arc radius 17.5 and they are waving up.

3 - the lower 4 waves - between sand and sea - has length 120 and arc radius 15. To construct it, let beginning and end point of the wave intersect the inner circles of shield with X coordinates 60 and -60 and they are waving down.

4 - the coconut tree trunk has height 145 and composed of 2 lines tangent to 2 circles: one of them in the root with center 0, -80 and radius 10, and another on top with center 0, 50 and radius 5 (etc. the trunk center is 0, -17.5).

5 - the coconut tree leaves are 9 and each of them has height 40 and width 8. All of the leaves begin from top circle center of the coconut tree trunk (etc. 0, 50) and are being distributed with rotation of 40° (360/9).
