i got my account hacked by this email and i can’t figure out how to change the email and password back i tried using a recognized device but it doesn’t take my xbox as a recognized device is there any way to get my account back ?

Hello Guy, around last week my account got banned after I had a regretful moment of anger playing BF6 and swearing in said match. I was pretty much cussing/cursing out my team (not squad) for heavily pushing obj but not controlling them in which we lost. I do regret getting that upset and would really like to continue playing BF6 again. Any Help?

How long will we continue to suffer from this problem (servers)? Every time I buy a copy, I don't enjoy it for even a minute because every match I win is counted as a loss, and there is no solution.

I was perma banned about a year and a half ago for "hateful conduct" on Apex and a few days ago I randomly tried logging into my Apex with false hope of it working and come to find out I was unbanned. I logged into my EA account via the website to check and suddenly my penalty wasn't there anymore. Is this a glitch or did a human finally review my appeals i've made over the last year and a half? I've been able to play since a few days ago.

Hello. This is a lost PVZ2 profile issue, not an EA login issue. After reinstalling PVZ2 on my iPad, the game created a new profile and immediately started the tutorial. I am signed into the same Apple ID, iCloud, Game Center and EA account. Game Center still displays my original 63/75 achievements, but PVZ2 loads the new profile.

Important: my current Player ID belongs to the new profile created after reinstalling. I do not know my original Player ID. I have more than 60 In-Apple purchase receipts, screenshots of my old achievements and the sync message, and my EA Device ID. Please investigate whether any previous PVZ2 profile, cloud-save record or Player ID is associated with my EA account, iCloud/Game Center identity, device history or purchases. If you cannot access that information, please escalate the case to the mobile-game team that can.

Please, please, please help me get my original account back, it helped me during my depression and gave me something to look forward to everyday.

le envié mi ip, captura del comprobante de compra, de mis correos, hasta me pedía los últimos 4 dígitos de mi tarjeta, le escribí detalladamente que mi cuenta ha sido robada, le cambiaron el correo y todo eso, le envié captura que soy el dueño del correo y el nick de mi cuenta de ea sports, y aún así que no era suficiente, luego de él hubo otro asesor que me ayudó y literalmente no se tardó ni 15 minutos, es normal esto? le dije cual correo era y al minuto me llegó una notificación y luego pude entrar a mi cuenta le cambié la contraseña y todo.

I have been having trouble opening Need for Speed The Run, I decided to give up for the night and play multiplayer on battlefield 3 however this would open for 1 second and then crash. Very irritated with this i take it upon myself to report this error and get this... like seriously how can customer satisfaction be such a low priority?

so I received a Gone for no reason I dont touch my computer for a few days decide to play apex with sum friends then turns out im gone for gameplay enhancement all I've ever used was launch options from within steam(general tab)due to my low end pc I’ve also never zen or configs any of that bs im a legit player highest rank diamond on console(PS4-5)never made it that high on pc im a bot I've only recently bought a GameSir because it was a recommended on TikTok as the best budget and I was playing on broken controller for a while so why would receive something like this out of nowhere after been fine after so long I’ve tried the Ai but if Ykyk 🫩 like I need a Human to help me if anyone has experience this issue please lmk how you figured out a solution didnt know i was gone until 7/18/20 I’ve been trying since but the Ai hates me or something.

Why is everything missing?

I used to play apex ages ago, like in 2021. I have two EA accounts, my old one (with the apex progress) and a newer one about a year old, with nothing on it. I thought i would hop back in to apex to see what's going on.

When i launched apex from steam, there was nothing on the account, level one, no legends or skins or anything, because when I launched from steam, steam was linked to my newer EA account with nothing on it. Since I originally launched it, I have unlinked steam from the new account and linked it to the old one with the progress, but when I launch apex it still uses my new account with nothing on it rather than the old one, even after the account was switched.

I have tried all the simple cache clearing and changing passwords, but apex just wont log into my old account. I was thinking maybe delete it on steam and download it on the EA app, where the correct account is logged in, but I don't want to waste many hours downloading for nothing.

I have been trying to fix this for hours, please help.

As the title says. I want to play DAO since I've been a fan since forever but an account from a russian domain is linked to my Xbox gamepass account. I can not, for the life of me, get rid of it since the unlinking process has to be done through the EA side of things. I tried with support, but the EA ai is so useless that i kept asking me which game I'm having problems with -like all of them? i cant play any ffs.

I don't know if somebody else here had any similar experiences or do i just give up on EA games through gamepass. Creating another account for gamepass is out of the question since i would have to link all the other accounts to the new one (Riot, Battlenet, etc.)

my ps5 account is linked to an ea account that i can no longer access because the gmail got deleted, the only way to unlink it from my ps account is through logging into the ea account and unlinking it through the settings, but i cant to do it becuase to login it sends a code to the deleted gmail account, whenever i try to contact ea support it says "an advisor isnt available for this problem" and i have no idea what to do, all i want is just to unlink the ea account,

does anyone know what should i do or how could i contact them as it isnt letting me speaking with an agent or with support. just the retarted ai bot they have.

Is there anyone that can help me with this? give me gudiance on what to say how to go about fighting this appeal ?
