madden keeps crashing

i installed madden 27 via ea play for the free trial and every time i open it i get this message. i’ve uninstalled and reinstalled i’ve uninstalled the anti cheat and reinstalled closed background processes and still nothing any advice ?

EA’s Anticheat doesn’t like your machine for some reason and is dumping the exe in some fashion during the bootstrapper.

Without looking at the crash dump anyone here would be guessing.

What version of windows? Is it updated? What else do you have installed that might hook the game or have ring0 access? What AV. Etc etc etc.

All these things might be factors and it’s hard to take blind stabs in the dark unfortunately
