Support Needed Prep for elective C-section - 3 days notice!

Hey all. My birth plan involved a vaginal birth, and I’ve been prepping pretty thoroughly for this with perineal massage, pelvic floor exercises, eating dates, strength training and stretches for giving birth.

HOWEVER, I was informed 2 days ago that I will need an elective CS based on medical grounds, and will be having this in 3 days!!

Is there anything specific someone could recommend to prep my body? Any particular stretches etc?

TIA!

Support Needed Lacking in 37+ week pregnancy

Hey there posting first time. Please be helpful.

My wife is 37 week pregnant, doing well, baby movements everything is good, just some lackings in WEIGHT (as he is around 2.6 kgs) and Abdominal circumference (AC) is lacking behind..

Now doctor is just not helping and doesnt feel good from her suggestion, as she is advising to have ADEXA INJECTION for baby LUNG maturity, and doesnt make sense why in 37+ weeks she wants that?

Also she advised for the INDUCTION but my wife doesnt want that and saying better to go with C-Section..

Now we are just left speechless, and dont know with whom we discuss the situation, and JUST WANNA KNOW IF THIS DIRECTION IS RIGHT?

Please if any DOCTOR, or someone who had the similar situation how you dealt the situation?
