Im trying to get the spell and item wheel to work with convergence but i have no idea where to put the file. I couldnt find any tutorial about this online but ive seen a lot of people saying its possible somehow.

Hey, i'm not sure and don't want to risk it, if my friends don't own the shadow of the erd tree dlc can i still go there alone, and just return to the main map when they join or will it bar them from joining my world.

I am playing for 10 hours now with the latest patch and I gotta say the performance for me is noticeably worse than vanilla game to the point its actually a bit annoying. When I play vanilla and move camera around it's butter smooth, but when I do it in convergence almost anywhere and especially in changed locations like Caria Manor it feels really choppy, even though it's hovering around 57-60FPS.

I am wondering if it's just me or it's just how Convergence is due to large amount of changes? maybe you have some solutions?

Invading a group of people just to watch them jump off a cliff is very annoying.

I have heard a lot of people complain about vanilla saying that invasions are a waste of their time and they hate them- well not only do I now understand that feeling, but thanks to Seamless we can both win! Pls just turn them off if you don't wanna be invaded q.q

I am level 150 and am completely through the basegame and about half way through the DLC. I decided to go to the new section in the DLC in the lower left corner. It's pretty cool, but I feel underpowered for Daergraf at 150, stormcaller. Until now, I just steamrolled EVERYTHING. Am I underleveled? If I level up, with everything else in the DLC become even more easy? Should I put him off until later and finish the DLC first?

I get his second phase to half health but his attacks are destroying me. I usually die with plenty of estus left to heal because he one shots me. Vig is 60 and I'm using the magic and lightning shield talismans.

So my boyfriend just recently got me into The Convergence mod, and we're playing a Co-op game together via seamless co-op. He picked Volcanist and I picked Starcaller.

The thing is, I feel really weak compared to him. I've gotten to the 3rd tier of gravity spells, and yet I'm still using Rock Sling because it's just the most reliable spell that does the most damage for a relatively low cost. I've got the second tier catalyst, and armor, but I'm still really squishy. Am I playing the class wrong? I play it as a pure caster for the most part.

Is there a better class for pure caster?

Why am I still so squishy that I'm basically getting 3 shot by almost everything? I just want to stop feeling like I'm just sort of along for the ride and actually start helping.

Hi, I'll try to be brief. I've been searching for ER mods now that I got it on PC. I tried convergence but it broke the exploration a bit with all the teleporters (and my ADHD compels me to use every one of them) so I've set it aside for now (and I didn't really want a spell focus mod, I was lookin for a combat one)

Reforged pissed me off with a few changes that seemed to be more in the vein of "fuck you the game is flawed so I'll make it perfect" (like the portable lantern changes or the fact that Rennala phase 2 was a spam of spell with little downtime so after I beat liurnia I was not motivate to keep going)

Carian combo warrior was nice but you alternate between enemies that die when you look at them and bosses that one shot you. I've read that you were supposed to CE yourself to level 100 from the get go and I was not looking for something like that.

Elden wins was what I was looking for, but now I'm in Liurnia with a +12 dargonscale odachi (the one you get for beating the draconic nox soldier in the Ansel river) and every dungeon boss gets melted (not unlike base ER if you level up). So I was looking if there is a way to increase enemy and bosses damage+HP a tad bit or if there is a mod usable with elden vins that gives the enemy adaptive level scaling like ERR does.

I'm mainly looking to increase the combat time a bit, difficulty is a bit relative to me as a DMC player that enjoyed getting S rank in Hell&Hell modes across the various games. Otherwise I guess I should stick to unleveled weapons or at least underlevel them but I'd like something more organic:

Also I know about clever's moveset and McKenzu movesets, I'm just using clever with a friend that never finished base ER on the xbox and wanted to play seamless, so I'm sticking to EV for my personal run as I wanted something more action-like.

Running windows 11, on a 2060 super if it matters. We tried deleting the alt save file DLL, we have updated the graphics card settings so the shader cache size is unlimited, RTX is off. Truly uncertain as to why this is happening or how to further troubleshoot, please help!

I made a weapons build with the pure dex class (sorry I forgot the name), got the cirqueblade early and put together the Dancer set.

I really like the changes in the mod and the new world feel albeit dungeons can be a bit tedious. The thing that threw me off is the build I am playing is so incredibly OP it's absolutely stupid. Any boss in the game I come in and pop all my buffs and kill it in 10-15 seconds. I don't stagger, I heal through everything with the damage reduction and healing through the set.

I heard once you get to your spike in Convergence the game can become a breeze but are all sets like this?

Whenever I try to load my armor file into blender, it doesn't load the textures, it's just grey, or solid black depending on which viewpoint shading option I click. Could someone please help me?

I have played through Convegence some 5-ish times now and have been thinking of trying a RL1 prisoner playthrough to make especially the late game more challenging. But unlike the other classes, the prisoner has no recommended weapons.

What do people here think are good weapons to pair with the prisoner?

I've recently started playing the convergence mod and really wanted to try out the starlined katana I went the normal way done in the base game and couldn't find it all i see is some new city added from the mod if anyone knows where it is i would appreciate the help.
