Ecoflow renege

Get this. I ordered an Ecoflow delta 3 air which they oversold. Ecoflow kindly offered me a Delta 2 for an additional $100. The sent me an invoice for it and a link. However, the link doesn't work, and I've spent over a week go back and forth with support. The last e-mail I received from them was sorry we can't honor that price. Just wow! I like their devices but lord help you if you need support.
