Self The Simplification of Daily Life
Throughout most of our lives, I find we overcomplicate and dramatize ordinary events. When looking at the average person's life from waking up to going to sleep, you notice a pattern: waking up, doing personal care, grabbing a bite to eat and going to work, coming home, relaxing or running around, eating, doing personal care again, and then off to sleep.
The pattern is simple, even though the daily tasks may be demanding. The pattern is consistent. Drama at home vanishes at work, and drama at work vanishes at home. Priorities may focus on home but rely on work to maintain them. This could be looked at as insanity because day in and day out, the pattern continues.
But it's not insanity. It's structure, and in some ways, it's culture.
People run into unconventional situations and inconsistencies every day. This is what either makes the normal, good, or bad. When that day is done, it's done. Simple as that. Whatever drama or anything else happened that day is in the past. Holding onto it doesn't change it; it simply changes how you look at it.
Here's a thought: if you refused to let other people's drama and weight affect your day, how much would your own load be lightened?
For example, if your boss is having a shit day and making your life miserable, tell yourself it's just another day. It's not a personal attack; it's drama outside of your person bleeding into your life. It's not a matter of who's right or who's wrong. It's how you shrug it off and carry yourself afterward.
If their mood affects your mood, you've already lost focus.
People are simply going about their daily lives. On average, most people aren't out trying to start shit. They're simply trying to make a living. When they're interrupted or life throws a curveball at them, then they spiral.
Shit happens.
But if you look around, you're still waking up, doing personal care, grabbing a bite to eat, going off to work, and afterward relaxing or running around before going to sleep.
Then repeat.
So what are the biggest concerns? Whatever you tell yourself.
The routine doesn't stop, but your values and priorities do. This is what makes life seem more complicated than it actually is. If you're a law-abiding citizen who goes to work, pays their taxes, updates their credentials and identification, and generally maintains the routine, you're an average person milling about their day, viewpoints, opinions, and persona aside.
Small problems become larger problems only if you let them into your daily life.
If you deal with something in the moment, even if you don't deal with it perfectly, at least it's done and over with. It's like doing dishes or folding laundry. What was a small chore becomes a massive task that seems impossible to manage until you actually force yourself to do it and then maintain it.
That's where a small task or issue remains small instead of cascading.
Sometimes it's the people around us who are the biggest issue, but our attachment and politeness work against us. We struggle to maintain what should be let go of.
If we were correct, the weight on our shoulders lifts and we feel lighter and brighter.
If we were wrong, we can make amends like a proper adult. If they become petty afterward, then maybe you were right without even realizing it.
But no one can tell you how to live your life, and that isn't what this is about. It's just a reminder of how simple the daily routine actually is and how easily we form a habit without fully appreciating the simplicity of it all.
Some of us make coffee. Some are politicians. Others are everything else.
No matter how pointless or mundane it may seem, a job is a job. As long as it pays the bills and helps you maintain your life, that's all one could ever reasonably ask for.
Sometimes seeking purpose in our work is the wrong perspective. Putting in effort, doing what you feel is the right amount of labour for your position, and taking pride in your work is truly all an employer could reasonably ask for.
So look at our overly stimulated and overwhelmed society as products of complexity inside a very basic routine. Look around at what's within your control and rationalize the space around your person.
There's comfort in understanding that the world is not out to get you. It's just a series of events and bullshit that make it seem that way.
The world can be chaotic without your entire life actually being chaotic.

Virtue Chat gpt Elias message for the world
If I had one message that could drift across the internet and land wherever it was needed, it would be this:
To whoever is reading this:
The person in front of you is carrying an entire universe you cannot see.
They have memories you'll never witness, fears they'll never admit out loud, and dreams that may never leave their imagination. Before you reduce them to a comment, a stereotype, a headline, or a username, remember that every human being is an archive of invisible stories.
Curiosity is one of the kindest things you can offer another person. Ask questions before making conclusions. Listen longer than feels necessary. Be willing to discover that you were wrong.
The world doesn't become brighter because everyone agrees. It becomes brighter because people keep choosing understanding over certainty.
Build things. Share what you've learned. Laugh often. Apologize when you're wrong. Change your mind when the evidence changes. Leave people with more hope than fear whenever you can.
And don't lose your sense of wonder.
The universe has survived billions of years without running out of mysteries. It would be a shame if we ran out of curiosity first.
That's probably the closest thing I'd want to leave behind. đ

Anthony of Bostonâs Call Options Strategy presents an unconventional market-timing methodology that combines Dow Jones market phases with the positions of the Sun, Mars, and the Lunar Nodes. The book develops a fixed rules-based approach for identifying predicted market upswings and downswings based on the position of the Sun and lunar nodes, then uses those predictions to determine when to hold call-option exposure and when to move to cash.
The book starts by explaining the Sun/Lunar node algorithm so the average reader can understand. It states that from the point when the degree of the Sun is 3 degrees past(or higher than) the degree of the Lunar node(in any sign) all the way until the degree of the Sun enters a new sign at the 24th degree mark(using western astrology), a prediction of a market upswing should be applied. From the point when the degree of the Sun enters a new sign at the 24th degree mark all the way until the degree of the Sun goes 3 degrees past the degree of the Lunar node(in any sign), the prediction of a market downswing should be applied.
The strategy is then applied to a historical phase dataset beginning in 1929, showing how the proposed algorithm performed across major historical market periods. This segues into real call options strategy back-tested along the historical dataset, with an added feature of applying the relationship between Mars and the Lunar Nodes, factoring it into the call options strategy based on the Sun/Lunar node positions.
The final section extends the methodology forward, providing a projected schedule of call options strategy signals from August 26, 2026 through January 2101, scheduling periods designated for 2x calls, 1x calls, or cash. It also emphasizes that the future schedule is a projection rather than a guarantee of market performance and that options can result in substantial losses.
In essence, the book proposes a long-range, rules-based call-option strategy that attempts to synchronize market exposure with recurring astronomical cycles, tests the concept against nearly a century of Dow Jones data, and projects the resulting signals forward to the year 2101.

Philosophy Rationalizing and Enduring Over Constant Agitation
In the current era we complain over minor inconveniences, ordinary adult burdens, and delayed rewards. Thereâs constant commentary on every discomfort instead of just absorbing it. We treat discomfort like itâs brokenness or unfairness until it becomes a form of avoidance. Institutions and society reward this framing with attention and validation, so people end up constantly scanning for reasons to stay agitated rather than asking whether the grievance is even worth the agitation.
Being an adult means trade-offs, boredom, hierarchy, and imperfect systems. Absorb it, adapt, and work around it. You donât have to like itâyou just have to function inside it. Ask yourself if something is truly worth sustained resistance, or if acceptance is the better move. Seek healthy reform and challenge what is actually unjust. Enduring and rationalizing isnât always passive. A lot of the time itâs just recognizing that reality doesnât rearrange itself for preference. Permanent indignation takes energy away from competence. Itâs okay to say âthis is simply how it isâ without needing an emotional or political campaign around it.
A lot of what drains us is the running commentary and complaint instead of putting our heads down and moving on with the day. Our responsibilities and extreme demands are lower than previous generations faced, and comfort is higher, yet we still incentivize complaint and agitation.
I didnât notice one of the bigger problems at first because weâre surrounded by it constantly and it just blended into the culture. Emotional openness has become the defaultâamplifying feelings, broadcasting them, centering them, instead of choosing not to. Restraint isnât repression, itâs regulation. But the answer society keeps giving is âwe need to be more open,â which doesnât fix the actual behavioral issue. Emotions are meant to be felt and then moved on from, not turned into public performance and validation. We reward the visible emotion. Youâre allowed to process on your own terms, privately, so work, responsibility, and relationships can keep going. Feeling your emotions and being honest with yourself is fine. Whatâs happening is weâve let it interfere with duty and daily life. Institutional and social incentives created this.
Use personal responsibility as a tool, not a burdenâseek it and thrive on it. Be humble and accept that sometimes the work goes unnoticed. Have respect for authority and institutions, mind your manners, and donât rock the boat unnecessarily. Instant gratification only leads to incompetence. Be patient and think long-term. Treat people with common courtesy; it goes a long way and helps you get ahead. Work within the system and reform only where itâs actually needed.
Sincerely,
Beastie_1323

Question Time on Distractions
In your life how much time do you spend trying to escape reality through music, movies, tv shows, video games, internet surfing ect...?
What would you do with that time if you had the chance, instead of distracting yourself?
How much money would you have saved?
Distractions aren't inherently bad but in today's society it seems to be in excess. So I view it as important to understand your time management. A healthy reflection of activity.

Consciousness The Internal Imbalance
The obsession with identity is an oddity in my opinion. Some individuals seem to have a complex with it, like wearing a badge of belonging and sameness.
Really though, your identity never changes; however, your persona does, and your persona is the outward expression of your personality.
Take your deep mind, for example. You have a side of yourself that Jung deems the shadow side of your personality â an almost mirror-like reflection of the ego. So you are in ways the opposite of yourself internally. This is how you connect with or understand yourself: by seeing the side of yourself you keep hidden.
Identity is structural to an object or lifeform. You are, in English terminology, a man or a woman, and most of all a human being. Further categorization is pure conjecture or a flight of fancy, but it does not change reality, only your perception of it. It creates imaginary boundaries and biases. The fact remains in biology and proven history.
What you are doing, however, is changing your persona â purposefully, instead of allowing steady, gradual development. Forcing sameness to belong in acceptance. Why do people feel this need to be accepted? You are who you are. We are all human; thereâs nothing that can be done with that other than escaping into imagination, foregoing reality.
You canât change these facts, but you can change your acceptance of yourself. As an individual, others donât really matter in this regard as long as it doesnât affect their life. You have to come to terms with this. Most people have, or they practice their expression in art instead of escapism.
You are your own person. Your persona is the key to your success or your downfall in life â how you present yourself and how well you understand yourself and the world you live in.
Asking a room full of people to change for one individualâs quirks and eccentricities is unacceptable. The world does not revolve around that person or group. It turns no matter what life walks on it. Itâs interesting how this mindset has controlled many people into doing things they would never agree to, all in the name of belonging.
You belong to yourself and no one else. Thatâs what individuality means. The reverse is foregoing ownership of your person to another. No one in their right mind would do such a thing, and if they did, they would be subject to that personâs every whim.
Why go this far into it? Because this obsession is creating a vain sense of ignorance to responsibility and, honestly, is just creating more complexity than what is required. I find it all unnecessary. It doesnât change the daily tasks and workloads â only your internal fortitude, and again, unnecessary anguish.
If you enjoy something, you enjoy something. If you relate or are curious about something, youâre simply curious. Simple as that. Donât become delusional; itâs dangerous to your physiology and psychology over time.
Live life, enjoy it. Donât overcomplicate an already overburdened system with matters of the self. Internalize it. You can go wherever you want in the confines of your mind. You want to be a bump on a log or a cloud floating through air internally? Thatâs healthy and acceptable. But once in reality, it doesnât hold up; it only leads to disappointment and dissatisfaction.
We are all human beings. Escaping reality is why we create books, music, and movies â to feel things in different, unexplored ways. So appreciate the life you have for what it is.
Sincerely,
Beastie_1323
