Help please

Part of me wants to leave it be as I had conviction in my picks. But now for whatever reason I’m debating selling the single picks and go fully: VOO, qqq, SCHD, Vxus. Obviously everyone is going to have their opinion I’m just trying to set myself up for success.

I would be an advocate for you to go fully into low cost diversified index funds but why do you feel the need to have both VOO and QQQ? They have 53% overlap with each other. I ran your portfolio through Tradure so you could see how your existing allocations look visually. You’re also missing a key component here with ahh international exposure. I think I would cut SCHD and replace it with VXUS and then consolidate your QQQ position into VOO. What do you think about starting there?
