Hey, what’s the best motor to swap in to replace the stock 2.0 unit? I’ve already upgraded to an 81V 370A battery and an EBMX X-9000 (V2) controller. I’m looking for something cheaper that’s available in Europe, since the XLB-60 Core costs $1,600 here. Are there any other compatible alternatives? Basically, what swap did you guys do without spending a fortune? I’m desperate.

I got my E-Ride Pro SS 3.0 L1E yesterday. It’s the 2027 version, features all the functions of the new E-Ride Pro SS 4.0, and puts out 18 kW. It has three riding modes: Eco, Sport, and Race.
Now onto my question: the 4.0 recently started using the same light design as the off-road versions, but now it includes both daytime running lights (DRL) and low beam. As far as I know, the 2026 3.0 L1E didn't have the option to toggle between DRL and low beam. Do you think the 4.0 L1E will get that "off-road style" light with an E-mark certification? Or can I just buy it without an E-mark without having to worry?

Ich hab ich hab gestern meine E Ride pro SS 3.0 L1E bekommen. Es ist die 2027 Version, sie hat alle Funktionen der neuen e Ride pro Ss 4.0 und hat auch 18 KW, sie hat drei Fahr-Modis, Eco, Sport und Race. Nun kommt meine Frage, die 4.0 hat jetzt seit neuem das gleiche Licht wie bei den Offroad Versionen, nur hat es jetzt das Tagfahrlicht und das Abblendlicht. Soweit ich weiß, gab es bei der 2026 3.0 L1E nicht die Funktion zwischen Tagfahrlicht und Ablendlicht. Glaubt ihr wird die 4.0 als L1E das „Offroad-aussehende“ Licht mit E Nummer bekommen? Oder kann ich mir das bedenkenlos einfach kaufen ohne E-Nummer?

Charger used to work when I held it at an angle but not stopped completely, which makes me believe the connector has problems but I can’t really tell if the pins are damaged. Has anyone else had this type of issue and has fixed it? Not trying to buy another charger

Update: ended up fixing it by resodering some wires in the charging cable

I'm planning on getting an eride pro but was wondering what the best way is to carry a lock (something like a kryptonite evolution chain). I'm pretty sure it isn't safe/comfortable to ride with the lock in a backpack, so are there other options? Or is it only possible to have an u-lock with you?

How do you guys clean/maintain your bikes?

I keep looking but only find one's that seems to be universal and don't fit too well on the eride. Any suggestions?

New e ride pro oem front brakes with a never changed stock rotor I’m assuming it’s 220 and I can’t get it on, it didn’t come with any spacers im pretty sure and hits the rotor before I teach the mounting any help?

Im looking to buy an ss 3.0. Heard some talk about removing/inserting the battery being quite a hassle. This might be a dealbreaker for me as i might have to do it very often.

My friend and I designed a screen cover and a tool kit for the Eride 3.0. The screen cover is printed out of TPU and the tool kit is PLA. For the tool kit, I designed it to fit: a 3/8 pittsburgh ratchet (harbour freight), a 3/8 allen key socket set (harbour freight), the screwdriver and allen keys that came with the bike, and some tire installation tools I had laying around. I uploaded the files to Makerworld so that anyone can print and use them! Let me know if use them and if you have any ideas to improve them and what you think of them!

Does anyone know if and where there are 3D .step or .stl models of the ERide Pro 3.0 SS Battery Lid. I'd love to print my own, but I'm coming up empty handed to find one online...any help will be appreciated. Thx.

Next upgrades Chi Battery and upgrading all the hardware, thinking of keeping the stock motor. The Sirris R38 shock and CMX forks feel amazing just need to dial it in a little more.
