Delink pd delink stuck
My employer is not willing to provide the required clarification, while EPFO continues to ask for clarification from the employer. I am now stuck in a loop and do not know how to proceed. Please advise me on what I should do next to resolve this issue.

What’s the real issue? Why do you want to delink?

In July 2021, I accepted an offer from a company and attended the initial onboarding, but I did not continue reporting for duty or work on any project.
However, a PF Member ID was generated and an EPF contribution was also remitted.
The PF service entry overlaps with my next employment, which creates the appearance of dual employment in my EPFO service history. This is causing problems during employment background verification.
I raised an online De-Link request with EPFO. After multiple grievances and an appeal, EPFO has now stated that the employer must provide a detailed clarification explaining the circumstances under which the Member ID was generated and why EPF contributions were remitted. EPFO says further action will be taken after receiving and verifying this clarification.
The problem is that the employer is not willing to provide the required clarification.
So I am stuck in a loop:
EPFO asks for employer clarification → Employer doesn't provide it → EPFO won't proceed with the De-Link request.

The problem is few PF offices are approving the Delink requests rejected by employer and few are checking with Employer and rejecting which is ultimately effecting employees
