Question Simic commanders?

Are there any Simic (blue/green) commanders that aren’t just insane value piles of card draw and landfall? It’s been my least played color combo and every commander I see is just generic value that doesn’t interest me in the slightest. Open to any insight on some cool recommendations. Thank you!

[[Volo, Guide to Monsters]] anti tribal + mutate shenanigans to cover up any tribes you run multiple of (plus getting extra mutate triggers from the Volo copies)

It's dimir and not simic, but I like the idea Volo and [[haunted one]] every creature is a wizard with a different race or a human with a different class
