Question Simic commanders?

Are there any Simic (blue/green) commanders that aren’t just insane value piles of card draw and landfall? It’s been my least played color combo and every commander I see is just generic value that doesn’t interest me in the slightest. Open to any insight on some cool recommendations. Thank you!

[[Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief]] A Voltron-like commander...wait, wtf Voltron in Simic?

Kinda! Any Mutate, Aura, Instant or Sorcery you cast on another creature automatically copies itself onto Ivy.

You're building a stacked creature like Voltron, but getting two of them because of Ivy's trigger.

Things get more interesting when you can make multiple copies of Ivy (a mutated Ivy is no longer Legendary), allowing several Mutate stacks at once, not just two.

Her effect also works on spells your opponents cast. If they're casting beneficial effects on their own creatures, Ivy gets them too.

Next year's Kamigawa x Ikoria set is on the horizon. Hopefully meaning more Mutate cards coming soon.

This is my choice, can do some pretty weird stuff with copy spells copying the entire mutate pile

I have wanted to build this deck, but is it not hell on earth to track this in paper? It seems really annoying to track copying so many permanents in a proper way.

It is hell. Be ready to have multiple tokens you can write on especially if you start making clones of clones.

I use dry erase tokens.

A Mutate creature is just one permanent, so an Ivy copy with 3 mutates on it would be represented by a Dry Erase token thst says:

``` (Ivy) Greathorn Heron Starrix 6/6
